Two star overall. I watched the young guy with longer hair sneeze into his hand wipe it on his shirt and then put gloves on. Food safety 101: anytime you touch your face, clothes, sneeze, after the bathroom, and the trash you have to wash your hands after.
Do yall not have your food handlers certificate??? Kinda nasty to watch and im grossed out knowing you touched my cake cone with your bare hands prior to seeing all this 🤢🤢🤢

We came here to pick up a cake when we asked if he could write happy birthday on it he said no we have to come back in the morning for that because that is the only time they write on cakes? I feel like he just didn’t want to write it but maybe that is the rule. Either way, it was a waste of a trip.

On Christmas Day this restaurant was one of few open… and 24/7! They went above and beyond to fulfill my order(s) and were noticeably short staffed. Perfect job guys! Especially Ankur… the coolest.

Ordered double scoop sundae with rainbow sprinkles and chocolate syrup (of course, those are extra charges) through UberEats and when it arrived, it was missing the sprinkles and syrup. How hard is it to make a sundae? And if you didn’t have the ingredients, couldn’t someone let me know? UberEats also would not refund me for the missing charges. Money grubbers. Both places.

I am very pleased with the excellent service. Favorite ice cream place. Lots of new ice cream places recently however Baskin Robbins has been around for such a long time because of their great products. Lots of options to choose from.

Faraz, who was the only worker there during the night shift when I came by, is a really great employee and helped me tremendously when I couldn't figure out what ice cream flavor to get. The world needs more workers like this guy.
