Ordered delivery recently and it was insanely good so we decided to go in person. Went for dinner on a Sunday night and it was quiet but the food was just as delicious. The crispiness of the chicken is amazing! I recommend the classic but I don't think you could go wrong with anything on the menu. They have increased the size of the menu so there is always something new to try. Highly recommend 👌

They have a dollar wing special but when we got there at 730pm on a Monday, they were out of wings. Seems like a bait and switch.

Arrived at the Glenview location at 8:45pm on 6/10/25 on a Tuesday evening well before the posted closing time of 10pm, refused service outright. Lights were closed but door was open with the “Open” sign lit. Could not even order for takeout. Very disappointed, had a group of five for a small celebration and we had to make other arrangements. I’ll be waiting for management to reach out.

Went there on a Thursday evening, and they were out of wings. Very frustrating. Hostess was not accommodating. Wasted our time and left.

This Bonchon is horrible, the restaurant looks like it just got robbed. The staff does not know how to communicate with customers at all, they where upset and thrown off by the fact that we wanted to dine in. The grilled corn was cooked in condensed milk and inedible. Everything else tasted as if it had sat in coolers for days on end absorbing every flavor around it. I would not eat at this location. Go to Schaumburg at least you will be treated and given plateware to eat on.

Please have accurate hours. Went here on a Sunday (today), thinking they closed at 10. We arrived at just around 8 to be coldly told they are not taking dine in because they close at 9. We are just 2 people. I would have picked somewhere else . Ended up just ordering to go and sat there while the employee gabbed with her friends off to the side. Very off putting. Food was fine.

As soon as we walked in the places looked dirty. The floor had chicken crumps, the seats and tables had crumps too… it didn’t seemed sanitary at all. Bathrooms weren’t clean. My partner and I were the only once there.! The lady taking our order barely knew how to answered when I had questions about the menu. When the chicken arrived it was COLD!!! barely had any sauce on them. Very poor costumer service. Very disappointed.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and their fries through doordash, and was given an estimated arrival in 30-45min. The driver was at their location for about an hour waiting for the order. When my dasher arrived, she realized it was the wrong order and took it back. I immediately called BonChon myself to verify that my order was there & the person on the phone told me they were making me a fresh one and it would be ready when she’s back, When she got back to BonChon they claimed I did not have an order placed and could not find me in the system. The doordasher called me back to let me know, and I called them back immediately expressing my frustrations. The person on the phone said she was mistaken and her manager checked the system and said they had no record of my order and I might have placed it at the wrong location. I told them I could send them a receipt of the purchase to prove that I did purchase at their location and I wanted to speak to the manager. The person on the phone told me they can give me the managers number to contact directly or I can leave my number for the manager to contact me. I asked for the number and then the person said “I can’t give you their number but I can take yours down and have them call you”. I was so frustrated at this point because of all the miscommunication, lied and terrible customer service that I left my number for a call back. I hung up the phone and 5 minutes later I receive a message from door dash saying the restaurant cancelled my order. I then ordered it AGAIN & it came within 30 minutes. My sandwich was burnt, dry, and not cooked properly. After eating I immediately felt nauseous and not well. I highly do not recommend going here. I also never received a call back.

Drove 30 min for them to tell me that they are closing early. It’s 10:10 the sign at the door says 11:30 and google says 11:30. Sucks.
