Food was underwhelming. For what I paid for, I would expect more quantity of meats in our pho and sandwich.

First time ordering here and ordered two Saigon bahn mi and the pho for takeout. Very disappointed in the serving size and amount of ingredients in both of the sandwiches Nothing at all what it looked like on the online menu. Portion size was ridiculously small and had such small slices of ingredients. Probably won’t ever come back

Delicious 😋 big bowl of pho , I had left overs to take home. Fyi take the noodles out before adding or mixing meats and veggies.

Just discovered Long An a few months ago and it is now my go to. I usually do takeout, which is ready in about 10 minutes or less. Generous portion size and well packed for the drive home. I get the steak pho every time.

This place absolutely rips, the store is cozy and adorable, the lighting is perfect, the staff is super friendly, and obviously the food is superb. The lemon grass beef BANGS.

Our experience was great, the Pho tasted very good along with our appetizers!

Reminiscent of Vietnam

A spot that is deserving of recognition within the area. Recently Coming back from my home country Vietnam, Long An is highly reminiscent of the food I had; especially their bun cha noodles.. from the savory grilled nem patty and fried eggrolls, nuoc mam perfecty adjusted for taste, the herbs and noodles.. all combined together to satisfy the palate with a rich flavorful experience. They really nailed down the dish just like Vietnam. The authenticity in the food is what keeps me coming back every time I go to Chicago.. I would drive a 45 minutes from downtown just for this place.

The owners of the restraunt (Brad and Lily) are lovely people! Their hospitality shines after my visits: they will take care of you and make you feel welcomed as if you are in someone’s home.

Highly recommend the place for those who are seeking authenticity in Vietnamese cuisine. Will be coming back here next time I’m in thre area!

Delicious veggie options! Their veggie baos and banh mi are out of this world. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Last few times I came here, many of the tables were filled but it's definitely worth a try!

Met Brad and Lily the lovely owners of this place. We tried out the Beef Stew soup pho on Brad's recommendation, and it is so great I DRANK the soup to the last drop. Food is generously portioned. We tried out the beef brisket and seafood soap - broth was delicious, beef is soft. We definitely will come back next time we are in town.

Nice family owned restaurant. The owner is extremely friendly, great service. Good atmosphere. The pho flavor is good. Also tried their chicken bao. The chicken is too dry and hard for me and the bao seems to be store bought. But the display is wonderful. I would think the original pork flavor would be much better. I will come back to try other dishes next time.

I dropped in for a quick bite and had a very different experience from before. Im not sure what happened - maybe it was an off day or maybe there is a change in management. I ordered the pho and banhmi which are usually excellent. However this time the pho soup smelled nice snd fragrant but was pretty bland. The soup was thin and needed to have been boiled longer with soup bones. The banhmi’s carrots were shaved like for a slaw rather than julienned and were also not pickled. The staff and owners were very nice though…so I hope it was just an off day and that the food will get back to what it was before.

This is the best Vietnamese food we’ve had in the Chicago area—better than even the city’s Vietnamese district! The dishes are flavorful and made with care, and the owner’s kindness and hospitality make us feel right at home. A truly welcoming and authentic experience!
