The owner of this location should be ashamed to own such a terrible business! Dirty floors and tables await you along with incompetent, lazy service. The entire restaurant looks old and rundown. Waiting over 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence before walking out the door is unacceptable. This is by far the worst location in a 50 mile radius!

I have to say this is probably one of the worst Burger Kings I've been to. Not only are the fries always mushy or left out of the fryer too long, they're hamburger buns are old and stale. Lastly, what's very surprising about this this particular restaurant is the fact that they charge you individually for tomatoes, lettuce and jalapenos. I would suggest if they ask if you want those items. then they should tell you that there's an extra charge. I think corporate should pay these folks a visit. They're in dire need of a secret shopper to do a nice audit.

They probably haven’t changed their oil for more than a month. Chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets were both super bitter. Taste of old oil was obviously noticeable.

I stop here at least twice a week for a cup of ice and something to eat a cup of ice was usually free if I bought something if didn't buy anything at the most is was 50cents tonight I order spending at lease $10 when I ask for a cup of ice he said $2.68 I said it's just ice he said it was the price for the cup since when is a deposalable cup that price he said we'll buy a bag if I had room for a bag I would of cause it was cheaper then the cup needles to say I have no ice and I won't go back to this place guys my years of going here doesn't mean anything

Not only did they make us wait for 2 iced vanilla coffees, but the girl at the window handed us 2 straight up milk creamer. I wish I had taken a picture of the drink. But it was straight milk. When we asked for actual iced coffee, she handed us a cup of hot coffee.... like what?! This is absolutely horrible service. I speak Spanish, and someone in the back asked the girl if we paid after we asked for a refund. Like yes we paid, but we want a refund because the girl handed us straight milk and then instead of admitting that she doesn't know how to make iced coffee, she hands us hot coffee to pour into what she gave us lmfaoooo Avoid this burger king location. These workers do not care to provide decent customer service

I was in town visiting and I stopped by my favorite Burger King restaurant on Waukeegan Road in Glenview. I placed in order for food in the drive thru and the order was 50% WRONG. I made a phone call to the establishment once we realized that the order was WRONG, told them what happened, and the lady hung up the phone on me! That was so, so, sooooo RUDE and extremely UNprofessional, and this is EXACTLY why the Culver's burger joint down the street has a packed dining room, and a packed drive through from open to close. I'm sorry to say this, Burger King, but our family will NOT be returning to your establishment. All I can say is, BEST OF LUCK, and you won't be getting anymore money from us.

The prices are fair until you get to the soft drinks, which are way overpriced and clearly a profit center after the company has knocked down some of its less expensive food prices. it’s way cheaper to get the hotdog and soft drink combination at Costco for a total combined price of $1.50 or to use the McDonald’s app when it offers any size soft drink for one dollar. Burger King is not alone. The exorbitant prices for soft drinks are the same at Burger King, Popeyes and Wendy’s. They are not competitive with McDonald’s or speedway gas or 7-Eleven.

Sat in the drive thru for 2 minutes and after not being greeted I moved forward then they told me to get back in line and wait behind cars because they didn’t realize there was a whole line developed. Not sure how it’s even possible for them to not see a line but needless to say I left
