We got two burgers, one was so greasy while the other the one with the Memphis bbq was the driest and most flavorless piece of burger I’ve ever had. Wing stop wings had more flavor and juice than the wings I bought here. We got two flavors of wings, the Thai one & the buffalo sauce wings which was so salty and tasteless all at once. The fries had 0 salt. We spent over $50 here & none of what we bought was edible. You need to work on quality control or hire people that actually like to cook and season the food. The lady who took the order was super nice but if the food was horrible.

They screwed up my first order. Shouldn't be that difficult to make an order w the regular toppings, but I guess not. Over-priced. Wendy's is better IMO.

Nasty, horrible and gross! The parm fries taste like they were made in year old grease. Change the grease. They weren't over cooked but the old grease makes them look that way. The veggie burger was definitely over cooked it looks like a real meat patty and it should NOT. I've had Burgerfi in Michigan my home state and its always amazing. This store needs help. What a waste of money.

Literally hate posting a negative review...my most sincere hope is that ownership restores this location to it's original splendor. I must admit it was a little discouraging to see what appears to be an AC unit covered with a tarp weighted down by one of the dining chairs at the main entrance. I guess everybody's working on something and obviously they're planning for some sort of upgrade, so I remain hopeful. I don't expect to be entertained by the staff but to say they were dry is an understatement. So dry, we and a family that came behind us opted to use the kiosk. The lone cashier stood with her head down as if she hoped we wouldn't ask her for help. It was surprising to walk into an empty restaurant where almost all tables were soiled. An employee did emerge and began cleaning while we walked around looking for a clean table. Our order was delivered to our table which I thought was really nice. On previous visits our number was called and we returned to the counter to retrieve it. On this visit, though the delivery was nice, it was not the correct order. The employee that delivered it recognized it right away when she returned to the table to deliver the egg that was supposed to be on the sandwich. She promptly returned the tray to the kitchen for correction. This is where I was prompted to write this review... The prep cook was audibly complaining about having to fix the order, even though It was clearly wrong. The ticket on the tray was correct. I do feel uneasy about sending food back, which I was reluctant to do. Believe me, I would opt to just eat it and not come back, but the counter person pulled the tray away, insisting that they could fix it. I appreciate the effort, but hearing a complaint about it was a bit disheartening. I was almost hesitant to eat the food. Burgers were delicious. Though, this is my first time having one there with a pink center. I do like my burgers this way but I can't recall ever having it this way here.

This is my second time ordering takeout here and the food is good but their packaging is terrible! The bag is always messy and the fries are all over the place, making the burger messy too. It's a simple fix, just package the fries separately. Everything gets so messy, the straw and napkins too.
