Girl working today at 3p making the tacos looked as happy as I am going to the dentist. Super unfriendly. Get another job that makes you happy, please. Oh, and chips are always stale.
Serious attitude problems from multiple staff members. Have been accosted with negative attitudes at this location more than once. I will say the food itself has never been poor but insult seems to be a requirement to eat.
I recently placed a pickup order online, but due to an unexpected situation, I arrived about 30 minutes late. When I went to pick up my food, the manager accused me of already having taken the order and coming back to ask for another one.
I was shocked and disappointed by how quickly they jumped to conclusions without asking for any explanation or checking the facts. It felt extremely disrespectful to be treated with suspicion for no reason. The whole experience made me question whether their attitude might have been influenced by bias or discrimination.
As a loyal customer who simply came to pick up a meal I had paid for, I found this behavior unacceptable. I hope Chipotle provides better training for their staff to handle situations with fairness and respect in the future.

Daughter on school trip pre-ordered lunch. Got there, order wasn't ready. Asked the person at the counter about it 4 times, she shrugged and brushed her off. Finally they realized they missed it 25 minutes later, giver her barely enough time to eat before the school bus departed.

I always enjoy the taste of Chipotle. What is frustrating is the amount of food in a bowl is different if you eat in the restaurant or if you take out but still is the same price.

Picked up catering order. Man behind counter andmancooking were fighting over who was going to get the order. After 10 minutes the man behind counter and another man comes out. Put two big boxes and a bag on table. Asked if he could help me to car and he said no. They were very rude and no one smiled. Never will go back to this chipotle again. Very rude and frustrating

Hi, today the Hispanic lady in thevcounter was extremely rude to the point that I had to walk out of the store with nothing. I recently got a surgery that allows me to have 2 oz of food in my stomach so I did a simple request for 1 taco and since I cant finish it I requested a bowl so I can eat it later while I take my lunch. It was a simple chicken taco nothing extra or ordering for double scoops. I requested to please put my taco in the bowl 5 times and she refused every single time like if I had to pay for a empty bowl I would have done so. Time was around 2:20pm. Noone has to repeat them self 5 times each time saying please for the employee to do what is requested...

I placed an online pickup order for a single burrito bowl. The first thing I noticed was that the bag containing my order looked like the leaning Tower of Pisa. That’s because the bowl was not placed in the bag flat but practically on end.
Upon getting home I scraped half of the bowl’s contents off the lid and wiped the ooze off the sides.
But wait, there’s more. The chicken and steak meat combo I ordered each had several chunks of inedible grizzle. The guacamole was clearly not fresh because it had a brownish tint to it. And both the pico and corn salsas were very cold, which made the whole bowl taste cold.
You know the Chipotle commercial touting how everything is made fresh, and how much employees take pride in their jobs? Not here on this day!
The entire meal was a calamity from grill to bag. Yes, the employees are not highly paid. I get it. But taking zero pride in your work is disrespectful to the customer. Do better or do something else.
