I usually avoid this location because they have bad service and skimp on portion. But my child wanted chipotle, we were in this mall and it was late. I did not have the time to drive to my go-to location by la fitness in NB. So I go back for the first time in a couple years. Still the same bad service, tiny portions and food containers half empty. I'm reminded once again why I never go here even though I'm at this mall a lot.

I ordered one soft taco but had to get a crunchy one since the guy (with the tattoo on his arms) told me they were out of the soft tortilla. Then I asked for steak for the meat and he just put in 4 cubes of steak (I was shocked when he did that). And then the lady asked me for the toppings and I kindly asked her if she could put more meat on it which she was really reluctant to do. Then she processed to pile the toppings on top creating a tower of some sort instead of putting the topping inside. When I took a bite of the taco the meat had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. This happened around 6:30ish on 1/14. You can go to a different Chipotle or an actual Mexican place to get wayyyy better food. I won't be coming here again.

Don't go here! I ordered 2 chicken burrito bowls to go and there was no chicken at all. When I called the place after I got home, it goes to voicemail. No manager got on the phone or returned my call. 19$ for 2 bowls with nothing but some beans and rice. Total ripoff! I wouldn't be so angry if I could get a human being on the phone to get this right. I am done with this location!

At this Chipotle, they gave me half of the meat and also a little bit of fajita, and when I asked to add a bit more, they refused, and gave me attitude.
