I’m honestly really disappointed with my recent online order from this location. I’ve eaten at Chipotle plenty of times and usually have a decent experience, but this one was completely unacceptable.

First off, when I opened my bowl, I was shocked at how empty it looked. Nearly half of the bowl was just empty space, which is crazy considering how much these bowls cost now. I understand portion control and all that, but this wasn’t normal — it felt like I got shorted on almost every ingredient.

The biggest issue was the protein. I ordered both chicken and steak, and I barely got any of either. I’m talking a few tiny pieces scattered around the bowl. If you’re going to charge extra for double protein, you should actually give a decent amount. It felt like they just tossed in scraps and called it a day.

The rest of the ingredients were skimped too. The rice was thinly spread out, beans were almost nonexistent, and even the toppings felt rushed and careless. It honestly looked like someone just threw it together quickly without checking what was included in the order.

The worst part is that this was an online order, so I couldn’t even ask for it to be fixed in the moment. If you’re offering online ordering and charging full price, the quality should be just as good, if not better, because customers are trusting you to get it right without seeing it made.

For the price I paid, I expected a full, satisfying meal – not a half-empty bowl with barely any meat. This experience was frustrating and a waste of money. I really hope this location starts paying more attention to portion sizes and order accuracy, because right now it feels like customers are getting ripped off.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this one was earned. If you’re going to order online from this location, be prepared to be disappointed.

Not only does this location hire unprofessional staff members, they hire staff members that disregard any sort of food handling certification or protocol. While ordering food, I saw numerous staff members putting their personal beverages where food prep is. These beverages include open cans with no lids. Staff members were leaning on food prep counters while on their phone. Also finding a hair in my food when I get home, doesn’t surprise me at this point but it just goes to show this location does not take anything seriously.

Don’t get me wrong great food at all times. But, I must say that the staff can have time to be subpar, and also short customers on the portion sizes. A lot of the staff doesn’t look like they’re happy to be at work. Which makes it hard to talk to them and order.

I can’t say for atmosphere bc I placed an online order that took over 15 mins to make. I ate my burrito bowl @8:30 pm and got sick at 11:30 pm throwing up all night until 12 pm the next day. I was totally ok until I ate here. I am 100% sure I got food poisoning from this place. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Never eating here or any other chipotle again.

You're kidding right? I absolutely love Chipotle and have had no issues with any locations. I was starving and got a burrito delivered at work. I couldn't even take more than 3 bites, it was like eating bites of salt. What are they doing at this location? Making food with their eyes closed? Not only am I starving but I am so beyond livid, 0 stars if I could.

This place is garbage and worst service of all time. I was treated with disrespect and the guy who served me, was pretty tall and big sized kept giving me a stare and kept whispering disrespectful stuff. when I asked for a little more food, Even tho the portions are like kid sized. Got charged double chicken when I barely had any when I asked for more.

I ordered hard shell steak tacos along with a steak burrito for delivery.

What's happening at this location?

The food was not good, at all. The burrito was ice cold for whatever reason, lazily wrapped, and quickly became a leaky, soggy, mess. I had some barbacoa mixed in there when I asked for steak only!

The hard shell tacos were extremely bland, you really got to saturate it with toppings to really get some kind of taste from them.

Does the staff QC any of the food or ingredients before serving them to customers? I very much doubt that.

C'mon Chipotle! Do better! Not worth the $40+ I spent, I'm a sucker for that. Probably not going to waste my time or money at this location again.

Absolutely amazing experience at Chipotle! Huge portions, incredibly delicious food, and everything was just perfect. The service was top-notch, efficient, and friendly. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and I couldn’t ask for more. Hands down, 5 stars all the way!

I've been here multiple times, and each time, they put hardly any protein in the bowl. Maybe half a scoop of chicken or steak. Funny thing is that I never experience this at any other Chipotle location in the surrounding area. And reading the other reviews, it seems like this a common experience at this location.
