My experience at this Chipotle was appalling. The service was abysmal, with staff members displaying outright rudeness. Not only did they seem disinterested in helping customers, but their attitudes were downright disrespectful. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism. Avoid this location if you value decent service and basic courtesy.

This is my 3rd or 4th time coming to this location and I really don’t know why I even returned because each experience was very poor. They do not greet you, they rush the entire time even though they are typically empty. If you come an hour before they close, they will not have all food options available. You can clearly tell they are not held to the same standards as your typical chipotle. It is really horrible. Hopefully Chipotle sends a secret shopper at two different times a day to see what I am talking about. I can assure you it will confirmed.

Food was mediocre. Nothing special and not much flavor. The customer service was awful. Staff wouldn't answer our questions about the kids meal and just laughed at each other like there was some inside joke. The staff also charged us for an extra burrito. They didn't even say they were sorry when we brought it to their attention. Definitely not going back to this location.
Overall bad store. Go to a different chipotle this place is not worth your time.

Recently I was at chipotle and Jonathan was very nice and very friendly I found his attitude very genuine and caring I found him to be a very important asset to this chipotle team seriously he’s a very caring employee and you don’t find many like him he took my order correctly and I wasn’t sure sometimes if I wanted a specific topping he was patient with me and was very generous with the service he provided food like it came from his heart (very rare you have employees actually provide this type of service in the restaurant/fast food industry) you don’t find that many employees who are good with people ( have people skills) and his genuine attitude and personality is a very important part of this company and team more people like Jonathan the more people will be actually appreciative of the company’s and restaurants service, finally Jonathan is a key member don’t let him go usually my experience at this chipotle is either bad or decent or meh but his attitude and demeanor and genuine love for serving me and giving me service generously was above and beyond I seriously appreciate how nice this experience went. I look forward to having more experiences like this. (congrats you as a location have raised your bar in my opinion in customer experience and service!)
