Great deals on everything. Especially Pokémon Cards. Their food is also great. The pokemon cards are over 40 dollars cheaper than retail.

Terrible customer service at this location. The manager had left for the day and the employees that worked with me lacked knowledge and people skills. I recommend avoiding this location.

My experience at the hearing center was nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, engaging, interactive, knowledgeable, and loaded with integrity. The audiologist I collaborate with did not urge me to purchase anything there, as what I might benefit from Costco simply does not offer. Importantly, she directed me to a potential solution that could be obtained elsewhere. Start to finish this was an top-notch experience. Most highly recommended.

Self checkout here is literally self checkout. Love Costco but not if it costs me my back. Would be nice if employees at self checkout can assist in scanning heavy items. They used to be so good about that which I so appreciated! What happened? Please bring the service back at self checkout. I know I can use the regular lanes but when I only have a few big items it would be nice to still be able to use self checkout...without having to worry about struggling to lift heavy items onto tray and struggling to put back into cart. I strained my back today doing so with no help to assist...at least that is what I thought until I turned around to see not one but two employees just standing around. Was a bit frustrating and as this has been the case past few months I have been skipping Costco trips more often. Please Glenview Costco, is this something you can work on? What is the point of placing employees at self checkout then? Not asking for stellar smiley service..just assistance in scanning.

I'm Costco Shopper so many years and yesterday I have a horrible experience with one of the cashier named ANGELA. She is very unprofessional, very, very rude. I understand she does her job, only one thing, who gave her the right to talk not respectfully? Hope management will pay attention and correct her behavior.

Tire center review: i would give a 0 if i could. Bought 4 tires, and they asked me to pick up my car 1.5 hrs later. Woman named Candace had an attitude already from the beginning. Not friendly. They were short staffed that day and she overheard me telling my spouse to pick me up. My spouse thinks it was too long. She overheard our conversation which is none of her business. Approached me, but felt more like attack me. I picked up my car and they damaged the car logo on the tire on purpose. I know it was done on purpose as the dealer confirmed it. Either way this was very unprofessional. They were all in it as well including their mechanics. These are young people without professional manners. Not worth your $$ coming here.

This is the 3rd time I bought meat, opened it, and it was bad. I called the store asking if they would as a customer jester refund it over the phone, I live 30 min away and it's my day off. They were polite and said no. Could they not look in their data base to see I am not someone who returns things? So disappointed I not only have rancid lamb chops, but 2 hours of my day is gone.

If I could give this store a "0" I would. The customer service at this location is non-existent. I was sitting in the lot awaiting my daughter who was inside picking up a few things. Out walked a woman with a cart loaded with water and soda. She was an attractive woman who was mini in stature and I would say the cart weighed more than she did. As she struggled getting the cart across the lot I saw an employee who instead of offering to help her , watched her NOT offering to help her in anyway. He waited a few parking spaces away until she lifted every bottle and when she finally finished his lazy self walked up to her and he had the nerve to ask her for her cart. After you have to wait in the long lines to check out , then the long line to exit the store because the security has to act like they're actually checking the receipt to make sure you paid for all the items on your receipt. Then you have a cart attendant who is so lazy he'd rather watch a customer bust her butt instead of asking if she would like help. Customer service is a thing of the past here. If they could get a 5 star rating for lazy employees this Costco would be rated at an all time high The manager of this store wake your employees up out of their comas And remember ........The customer always comes first Stay safe all

Finished shopping on their closinf time, did not felt rush. I had two full shopping carts and one of the employees, Lennin, helped me to the car and helped me unload. Very polite and respectful. I really like this particular location, items are always in stock and personnel very welcoming and proactive if you cannot find the items. Thank you!

I use an mobility cart and even when the store is crowded which seems to be every day, the aisles are nice an open so I can go down them when other people are shopping there too. Now, rarely do you see any employees on the floor but their front service desk can help you. The hearing aid department is wonderful, being professional and basically kind and solving any little adjustments you need after buying from them. The food across the board is nice quality though large portions and prices to match. I shop there 2 times a month for everything from vitamins to eggs and meat , TO, paper towels and frozen food

My husband had a appointment today at 2:30 to get a tire replaced. Upon arrival at 2:15, he was informed that they were running about 3 hours behind schedule. His tire was losing air rapidly, so we couldn't postpone this appointment. No one thought to call customers on today's schedule to alert them of the delay. Had we known they were so far behind, I could have followed him in my car so that we didn't have to spend exactly 3 hours wandering around Costco. My husband "checked in" after 2 hours only to find the installation technician seemed to be training a new employee on the computer, but when he saw my husband, he scurried back into the installation area. Perhaps these delays are a marketing ploy to encourage impulse shopping? What a waste of an afternoon!!!

12 o'clock appointment. 11 30 am got my car . One hour job! 12 45 pm they got my car in . So 45 minutes late. Two hours later still not done . so what is the appropriate for! It doesn't make sense! 2 15 pm not ready! So close to my home but unhappy! Monday so much to do! No not yet! I am still at the shop.
