it is very difficult to place an order in this place. almost every time, they get it wrong. when i mentioned this they said I need to understand and I 'have attitude' and suggested i can leave instead. perhaps you should hire people who speak English?

I’m posting to recognize the exceptional service and hospitality provided to me at this Culver’s location. I made a group order at this restaurant with several friends and added one additional meal when I got there. I forgot the extra meal in my haste, but they kindly worked with me to make sure I would get that food, though it was my mistake. Many thanks to the team for their patience, kindness, and eagerness to make a fresh meal for me when they didn’t have to. I was pleasantly surprised by this degree pf hospitality from a quick-serve burger restaurant and happily recommend visiting!

I refuse to visit this location again. After placing an order online for pick up, I waited 20 minutes for it after the pick up time. The Northbrook location I usually frequent always has orders ready and waiting when I walk in. The guy behind the counter with poor English asked me my name at least 5 times and still couldn't find the order. He had to show me the electronic order tablet for me to point to my name. Then I continued to wait. The food was mediocre at best on top of everything. After this and a few other negative experiences here, this place is scratched off the list.

Cannot tell you how kind the staff is! After we got our food, came out to a a car that would not start. The staff came out to help us--shout out to Abner, who knows cars. Though they tried valiantly, the car would not start, and we left it overnight with their kind permission. The food is excellent, and I am certain you will never find such caring staff--treated us like family.
Thank you to Abner, Nicko and owner Dannie. We will be customers for life!
