I always seem to get a Bogo hamburger coupon but today i received a Bogo chicken sandwich coupon. I have never had a Culver’s chicken sandwich and because of the Bogo chicken sandwich I purchased 2. Both my husband and I thought it was OUTSTANDING and would definitely purchase it again. Ty, for letting us try something different with the coupon.

I’m posting to recognize the exceptional service and hospitality provided to me at this Culver’s location. I made a group order at this restaurant with several friends and added one additional meal when I got there. I forgot the extra meal in my haste, but they kindly worked with me to make sure I would get that food, though it was my mistake. Many thanks to the team for their patience, kindness, and eagerness to make a fresh meal for me when they didn’t have to. I was pleasantly surprised by this degree pf hospitality from a quick-serve burger restaurant and happily recommend visiting!

I refuse to visit this location again. After placing an order online for pick up, I waited 20 minutes for it after the pick up time. The Northbrook location I usually frequent always has orders ready and waiting when I walk in. The guy behind the counter with poor English asked me my name at least 5 times and still couldn't find the order. He had to show me the electronic order tablet for me to point to my name. Then I continued to wait. The food was mediocre at best on top of everything. After this and a few other negative experiences here, this place is scratched off the list.
