Decided to try the South Barrington location today. No air conditioning, very uncomfortable inside. Ordered vegetarian option, was told they don’t have that option today. Only 1 person working and while still using the food gloves that was used to prepare our food, took an order, touched the tablet, counter, cups, receipt and then touched our buns and proceeded to cook our food. After witnessing we asked for a refund and left immediately.

Horrible service, the place was so dirty, food was nasty.

The vibe and concept is fun and the burgers are ok and not super flavorful. Pictured here are The Classic Burger and The Ninja Burger, served in a dog bowl! Zesty Fries were also not as flavorful as we thought they would have been. Also ordered a vanilla shake. All of their food has a nice presentation and are picture-worthy. Wouldn't mind giving this spot another try.

Amazing dog place with a variety of options. The restaurant has a number of fun kid activities too. Love the Ninja, California and Thai chilli dawgs! Their zesty fries are great.

Everyone in our party found their burger inedible — terrible seasoning / flavor and dry. Wondered if it was even healthy to eat. Will not be returning.

We loved having dogs in the tables near us. And there's a small área for kids to play. I didn't love the burger, but it's just my taste.

After my son's martial arts tournament, we were looking for a place to eat where each of us would find something good. I'm mindful of what I'm eating and the menu looked delicious! I actually loved using the kiosk for ordering so I could actually take my time and read everything. The sweet potato fries were absolutely scrumptious! My burger was delicious and well prepared. The presentation of the food in dog bowls was such a fun touch! Was hoping to see and pet more doggies since the place was set up with them in mind. Would love to come back to eat again!

The restaurant was so cool and the did was good too. The only bad thing was that it wasn't very eco friendly as it had styrofoam cups, plastic silverware and those little ketchup packets in the little bags. Other wise it was cool and I liked playing giant Jenga inside the restaurant.

Fun, park-like atmosphere, great for our kids who love plain hotdogs and for the adults who want something a little more elevated. I didn't have one but their milkshakes look amazing! All the food came out piping hot, the staff is very attentive. Recommended!
