In December, we had an issue at this location. The issue was around a delivery time, NOT the food. Our pizzas were hot and fresh, not to mention delicious. After we reached out to the store about our issue, we were quite pleased with how quickly they worked to make sure we were satisfied and would return as customers. In today's times, it is very difficult to find customer service on this level. We were delighted when they not only gave us a full refund for our order, they also gave us an entire order of GREATER VALUE for free! These were the words from the owner, "Thank you Ami for giving us a chance to give back the money, apology and tell you how much we appreciate you," and I think that speaks volumes about this location. We will definitely return as customers as we have been so impressed with the management at this store. Thank you Carol, RJ, Jim, Monica, and Jamie. The management certainly checked every box (and some extras) in making this situation better!!

It was bad they made excuses so our delivery was 2HOURS late with 5 hungry kids very disappointing.it was “accidentally” shipped to 2 different houses and was cancelled honestly take out is way better than delivery.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would give it -5. It’s been two hours with no pizza, we had to call them twice to figure out what was going on. They gave some lame excuse how our pizza got stuck in the oven. The app said delivered and it’s not even here. Worst Dominos ever. The guy who delivered the pizza was chill tho. He deserves a raise. The manager can smd ngl.

Can't really rate atmosphere, but service sucked and I'll tell you why. If a place gives you TWO burnt pizzas and carries it out to your car and hands it to you, knowing it's burnt, then that's poor service. So obviously that should explain the one star for the pizza. I literally have been craving pizza for a month and I finally get it, come home and open the box to see all the toppings charred. Disappointed in this Dominos location.

Quality went down on this location horribly. Placed an order for takeout 2 pizzas. 2nd pizza came out and the young guy who made them said “there is a hole in the middle of the pizza, we can either remake it or I can give you some sauces on the house”. Like come on bro. Pizza came out looking like a grease pool everything falling off it, and cardboard NOT New York style crust. Terrible servive. Pizzas done and tasted bland with very little cheese, not spread out at. Kid could care less about his job. I know it’s Dominos, but they usally have great quality. Remaking the pizzas should be a standard not a question.
