This location always screws up cake orders!
Was in complete shock when I saw the lady use her bare hands to put ice in my coffee. I told the cashier that is a health hazard. He seem to care although the lady was mad that I was upset. I love Dublin donuts coffee but I have to say I am completely grossed out that she used her bare hands. My concern is that this happens way more than we know.
This particular location is my first choice always. The manager A.J. and his staff are unique. They are so friendly and personable. They are quick at the drive thru and counter, and the store is always decorated, nicely displayed and clean! EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! �����
