I made the mistake of stopping here instead of my regular Dunkin’s on the way home. I’m watching them as they made my drink. They made it wrong. I told them what was wrong. They forgot to add one of the syrups. They didn’t mix it together after they added it. Worker just said thank you very loudly with a snarky tone and push the drink towards me and rolled her eyes. I’m sorry?? God forbid I want the overpriced drink I ordered made the right way. It’s not complicated. It’s a regular menu drink with no modifications. The middle-aged man who greeted me when I walked in was nice though.The female staff not so much

Service has gone downhill since they added the Kiosk inside. I want to interact with people thats why I go inside not to tap on a screen and no interaction. If I dont want interaction I'd have used the drive-thru.

Main guy at the window w/ glasses, doesn’t bother to tell you how much your total is he just reaches for your payment. Also, never bothers to say thank you, he just hands you your food and closes the window.

There’s always a long wait, even on mobile orders placed way ahead of time. They always get the orders wrong no matter what, a simple “No Cheese” and half the time it comes with cheese. Only Dunkin to be such a chaotic mess, it isn’t even close me at a busy area for them to be this bad

The guy behind the counter was nice. I made a mistake of ordering from the wrong location. The guy called his manager to see if he can make my but the manager said no. I spend so much money on DD its crazy that they can'tmake an exception. I'll say yes it's my fault but an exception could have been made. Now I know my worth as a customer.

I needed to order an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday, it was last minute.
Juan ( Dunkin Cake Department Manager) was very helpful and detail oriented, making sure that the order was correct as we changed it couple of times. Thank you for your help Juan, everyone loved the cake.

This place used to be my go to, now I avoid at all costs. Really bad quality or old coffee, and in my most recent trip I was told by staff that the place was closed despite a much later close time online.

This is almost a joke. I requested cold coffee with no ice because I had a dental procedure. I was told it was .75 extra for no ice. Seriously? Don’t fill the cup all the way up - but to charge more for no ice? Soon there will be a charge for no napkin or no straw. No other Dunkin has EVER CHARGED EXTRA FOR NO ICE. Addition: I replied to the owner saying that I'm not looking for a freebie or to make it right. I am merely sharing the terrible customer service policy I experienced.

My daughter has a peanut allergy, and we asked if they could get it from back because all the flavors she liked were near peanut butter. She refused and was very rude. Then, as we were leaving, the kebab restaurant brought her her dinner. I have never been treated like that at a Dunkin' Donuts until now. I guess her eating her dinner was more important to her than waiting on her customers. I'll be talking to the manager tomorrow. ?
