The custom service was really bad. They got my order wrong, was rude, was on the phone with airpods in, and had to called him multiple times.

I stopped by this Dunkin’ location earlier today and was very impressed with the level of service and overall atmosphere. The staff was efficient, courteous, and attentive, even during a busy morning rush. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested, and the location was clean and well-maintained.
It’s always refreshing to start the day with great coffee and such positive customer service. Thank you to the team for maintaining such high standards—I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this rather than the Touhy nor the Lockwood location.

I got my cappuccino small coffee and more than a half foam, I asked her (a lady in age, rude and answers me back this a cappuccino and should be like this) to change it, cuz cappuccino doesn’t mean more foam than a coffee it self, but still got this coffee even not a full of the cup!

The lady taking my order was completely absolutely rude and unprofessional. She told me I couldn’t make a drink single shot and she threw my straw at me. This is disrespectful and I will never return.

Employees are rude and customer service is horrific. I've had more pleasant encounters with DMV employees than at this dunkin. One employee tried to be slick and put a half charred sandwich burnt all the way black and give it to me in a bag like I wasn't watching her the whole time making the thing in front of me.

When the owner is not present the place has great service and usually always gets my order correct.
Dietary restrictions: They do offer almond milk for those who are lactose intolerant.

It's a very convenient location, it's on the corner of the plaza, making it easy to slip in and out. Plus, it's right across of the library. The place is super tidy. A worker by the name of Jose Munoz is truly upbeat and just started it seems but does his duty to maintain that store with high standards and great expectations. He works with excellent service always, The Coffee and donuts are always much more tasty then the ones I get at any other location, My usual is always fresh and ready within seconds after I order which is truly a must especially when going into work. The other employees that work at this location are always welcoming and ready to serve me. Great place for service & breakfast ??
