I would like to share my experience regarding a repeated issue with my order and the customer service I received.
On December 5, I ordered a Door County Salad for pickup but did not receive the salad dressing, which led me to submit a complaint afterward. Unfortunately, I had the same experience again on December 31. Had I not checked my order at pickup, I would have once again ended up eating my lunch without the dressing.
At approximately 8:50 a.m. on December 31, I informed the host, Anna, that the salad dressing was missing. There was no apology in response. When I asked for extra napkins, Anna stated that utensils were already included in the bag. However, I believe that if a customer requests extra napkins, it is reasonable and appropriate to provide them.
Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, especially given that it was a repeat of a previous issue. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve both order accuracy and customer service going forward.

$32 for two eggs, potatoes 🥔 and old coffee ☕️ This place is a 6 out of 10 I came here because they had listed they served sweet potatoes. Turns out they stopped serving those no problem. I wanted breakfast not a gourmet egg with all kinds of weird stuff on it just to justify the $32 price tag 🏷️😝 And the coffee was a 3-10 Taster old and like it’s been made 37 times without changing the coffee bean.
Will I come back 🤔 Only if I can’t find an ihop 1/4% cheaper and their coffee is always spot on

Egg Harbor is one of my most favorite breakfast places! It’s a bit noisy but food is amazing! I love the lobster omelette! And believe it or not, they have pretty decent burgers too 🍔.

Extremely disappointing experience I came in for breakfast and was told there would be a 15-minute wait. Within a few minutes, I watched several other guests — who arrived after me — get seated right away. Completely unprofessional and disorganized staff. It feels like they don’t value customers at all. Poor management, no respect, and zero consistency. Never coming back.
