Reserve your spot ahead of time as wait times can be 20-40 minutes on the weekends. Staff was super nice and service was quick. I didn't love everything we ate and I think Ellie's is better. The honeybee latte was a hit. I had Joe's Healthy Scrambler and I thought it was bland overall. My English muffin got soggy because there was some liquid from the eggs/cheese. Loved the signature jam though! I asked for extra honey and added that to my iced mocha. That was delish! Otherwise, the mocha isn't sweet. They have an extensive menu. No corned beef hash to my surprise.

My family has practically become locals here. The food and service is really great and the farmstyle atmosphere enhances the overall experience. This is definitely a great place for a family breakfast.

We were seated quickly, food and drinks were delicious (and looked just like the pictures), and the staff were super friendly. I would happily eat here again if I'm back in the area.

Met a friend for breakfast & conversation. Comfortable, sunny dining room and friendly service. All the usual egg dishes, with some fun twists, and a dandy assortment of avocado toast options. Very conversation-friendly!Parking: Parking lot surrounds Egg Harbor and their immediate neighbors, plus street parking in the same block is also OK.

My warm thanks to all of the folks at Egg Harbor Café in Glenview. I've been taking my wife to rehab in Glenview for the past month and half and was delighted to have a place where I could settle in and read quietly for a couple of hours three mornings a week. As a bonus, the food is excellent, and the wait staff are all (and I mean all) friendly, helpful, and caring. I'll miss my mornings at Egg Harbor.

We had a horrible experience waiting for a table on Saturday 2/24/2024 and because of it I will not return to this establishment. Obviously I am aware they are busy on Saturday mornings but I was told the wait would be 30 minutes for 2. Had the young man said it would be an hour I would gone somewhere else. You are even able to see your place in the que online. After 45 minutes and seeing larger parties that had checked in after us being sat and our que online sitting at "1 table ahead of us" for 10 minutes I inquired what the hold up was. I found out that there are actually 6 tables still ahead of us and that we still had another 20 minute wait. The reason I was given this additional wait time was that "big parties had shown up." So if you are a table for 2 be prepared to be bumped for larger parties. We had a busy day planned and we didn't have 45 minutes to waste as this restaurant and be mistreated.

The only thing I harbor is resentment after eating at this establishment. Not only was it drafty in there, my husband's skillet was barely warm. I will say my yogurt was good. But oy vey, was I freezing while eating it. Should have asked for jalapeño soup mixed with hot sauce. So cold inside.

My husband and I went this past Monday; I ordered a skillet -- the potatoes were so dried out that they tasted old and were inedible. Our server must have been new because she was uncharacteristically slow for the typical standards of Egg Harbor. I think I took six bites and tossed out the rest of the food. Really disappointed!!

Me and my hubbies go to when in the area. Skillets are delightful, the homemade jam . LOVE. The service is always great, just have to get in queue well in advance to secure a spot.
