Note: their dining room hasn't been open since probably the start of the pandemic, so plan accordingly to take out. On my last visit, I got a nova lox bagel sandwich, which was satisfying and very generous on the capers. Red onion was starting to wilt though. My biggest draw here is the availability of the lox, since I can't get it at Panera. Their bagels aren't as flavorful or thick as I like. Sometimes on the receipts, you can get a free 3 bagels with purchase promotion if you return in something like 2 weeks. Busy parking lot, shared by Starbuck's and Walgreens.

I've been to this location a few times and I get the same breakfast sandwich every time(the all nighter). And every time the same guy behind the counter likes to makeup his own version of how it supposed to be made and it ends up being different from what the description is. He sometimes adds cheese, sometimes doesn't. Sometimes adds cream cheese(there isn't supposed to be cream cheese on it). Forgets the aioli. Plus everyone I go to this location they are out of all the bakery items. I switched to the other Glenview location and they make it exactly how it's supposed to be made!

i’ve been coming to this location for a very long time, and i’ve felt that recently there’s been issues with the cream cheese. It often tastes gritty, and when it doesn’t you get lucky. Today, however, i noticed patches of my cream cheese have yellowed, and this was right after i got the bagel. I really do love the employees there and they’re all really nice but i just wish the food was what it used to be.

Ordered an assorted bakers dozen and to be cut and somehow ended up with 6 garlic bagels, 2 pistachio, 3 whole grain wheat, 2 sesame bagels... I guess that's assorted but not what the description of the Bakers dozen includes. Where's the 3 plain bagels, 2 chocolate chip, 2 cinnamon raisin, 2 blueberry, and 2 Asiago??? That's what I ordered through the app, the description specifically says which bagels I will receive. Also they didn't bother cutting the bagels right? I called to let them know that I felt like I got the wrong order and it took me 3 tries just to find someone to talk to when I was just at the store 5 minutes ago. The phone Cal was a waste of time because not only did she not apologize, she made it seem like I'm just trying to get a free bagel??? Not sure if that was because of her tone though. I guess they don't care about quality nor customer satisfaction l ? With all these garlic bagels, I'll be sure to not turn into a vampire. At least I was able to pick my two spreads to my liking, congrats that earns you 2 stars!EDIT: I feel like it's company app fault for having a specific description of what comes in a Baker's Dozen Bagel w/ Spread and not the location, but with the customer service side, it could of been more efficient and understand, instead of dismissive and nonchalant, cause of this I'll change the rating to 3 stars.

Ordered an assorted bakers dozen and to be cut and somehow ended up with 6 garlic/everything bagels, 2 poppy seeds, 3 whole grain wheat, 3 sesame bagels... Where's the cranberry, chocolate chip, Asiago bagels??? Also they didn't bother cutting the bagels right? I called to let them know that I felt like I got the wrong order and it took me 3 tries just to find someone to talk to when I was just at the store 5 minutes ago. I guess they don't care about quality? With all these garlic bagels, I'll be sure to not turn into a vampire. EDIT: I thought about my review for a bit and realized that maybe the company app is at fault for the mix up, but that doesn't excuse the lazy job of cutting the bagels.. Nor the idc attitude. I've worked in food service before so I understand the struggles of customer service, but if the lady who answered my call approached my issue with understanding and apologized for why I have 6 of the same bagels when it's suppose to be assorted, I would of left the issue alone and ate the bagels, instead I'm honestly writing a way too long review on bagels.....

Came here to get breakfast, I didn't know what to order it was my first time here, the guy suggested a bagel sandwich. It was really good and the staff is really friendly I also got some other bagels, chocolate chip, Apple cinnamon and blueberry! It had a good amount of flavor I would highly recommend
Really like their bagels but just tried their one of the bagel sandwiches and it was perfect. The sandwich has two eggs and this time I tried the chorizo jalapeno bagel sandwich. It was fantastic, as the chorizo was a nice sized patty and the flavors all melded perfectly, with just a hint of spice but lots of pepper and sausage flavor. All that and a nice cup of caribou coffee, one of my favorite roasts from my college days. I ordered on their app for curbside and the order was ready when I got there. Just phoned in and kept my flashers going and they came out with the order. Right now seems like they give away a free cup of coffee with each purchase so definitely does the job for a morning meal.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So unfriendly, didn't ask if we wanted to add any coffee, just said our total. Then I ordered a coffee and she touched the mouth piece with her hand after touching the computer. Then didn't say thank you or anything. People are out of jobs because of Covid and these people are employed? Disgusting.

i wish to start off by saying einstein bagels are my favorites and i've been patronizing this locations for years. this review is strictly for my recent 4/24/2020 pickup order, where they left off one bagel with my pickup order of a dozen. as a business, you'd think they'd give an extra rather then take one away.
