I giving two stars because when I ordered the gentleman said that I need to pay $0.80 more per bagle. On wall price list do not shows to that I need to pay extra above bagle price. I am very disappointed.

Here at open and the women inside ignored all 4 people waiting outside. I understand you open very early and you may arrive late to prep everything, but not even saying a word to anyone is not only rude but reflects bad on the entire franchise. Don't take morning shifts if you can't do the work. Plain and simple.

Waiting so long for service, and then I get told they’re not able to do this after I called ahead of time to double check! Then get told we’ll grant this one time… don’t come here

Ordered a farmhouse bagel which comes with bacon egg and cheese. Cashier made that clear when they charged me for it. When my order came out I showed them I only had cream cheese on my bagel and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They wouldn’t remake it or even give me the other ingredients on the side.

Sandwich was alright, cold brew with flavor was more like just flavor. Cannot even tell there is coffee it’s just straight sugar. Ridiculous.

The worst. Was here Wednesday August 13 at about 9:15a. Only 2 people on staff. One was fairly quick, but I'll get to her later. The other was a clueless sloth who meandered around making drinks. Except she forgot to pour a single cold brew. After I reminded her, she didn't know what size, even though it was on her display board, in red, which usually means the wait time for the customer is past optimal.
The other staff member was handling taking customer orders and making bagel/sandwich orders. She took my bagel order, and asked if I wanted toasted. I said I did. I asked for no capers. Both bagels were cold and mine had capers.
A large cold brew was 16oz and $4.19. At McDonald's and large cold brew is $2.25 and Dunkin they are 24oz and still less than $4.
Never going back to this place. Would give zero stars if possible.

Not the best experience. Waited 10+ minutes for coffee only to find out the forgot about our orders.
Very very slow service, especially if there's anyone else in line before you. Ask them to cut the bagels by hand though because their slicer is WHACK. I paid extra for a dozen of their premium rolls and when they sliced them, their machine cut them so unevenly they couldn't be salvaged once I got them home.
Also the food is a bit overpriced and charging for BUTTER that places like Panera will give you for FREE is criminal imo.

Would not recommend, the kids behind the counter are not very enthusiastic about making the sandwiches and it shows in the presentation. I bought dog treats from there as well and I am hesitant to use them. Please save your time (and money) and go to a different place.
