The flow of ordering from the counter is weird. Order from one person and then slide down a couple feet to repeat your order to another person, not productive for anyone. This location needs a facelift. Mismatching tables and chairs, and overall dirty.
That being said, the bagels are the best.

Knowingly overcharge for food and don’t offer to correct it. Register prices are higher than the big menu on the wall and they just hope you don’t notice. When asked about the discrepancy, the response was “oh yeah, we have asked the manager to update the menu (the big wall behind them that people use to order) and he hasn’t yet” . One thing to make a mistake, another to knowingly overcharge people and falsely advertise.
We have lived near this location since before they opened. Have catered many breakfasts from here over the years. Will not be coming back.

Tables and chairs are finally back at this location post-covid. Quality is always good at this location but they also seem understaffed so plan to wait a few more minutes if there is a line. But, always worth the wait for great bagels.

I ordered online and when I went there, they said they didn’t receive my order. I showed them my email and receipt and they just gave me a random box of bagels. I asked them if they were cut and if it was the ones I ordered but they just told me to take it and told me yes, they were cut. Of course, they were not. Staff were rude and I wouldn’t recommend.
