When I arrived I was not greeted by anyone and had to stand there for about 15 mins to be helped. It was completely empty and when I finally got a chance to order with a lady with semi grey hair and a cap on she was taking my order. After asking her for extra cream cheese on a bagel that already had cream cheese she told me she could not do that. I almost became the customer that says I do this all the time because I truly do and there has never been an issue. I decided to let it go. I sat for another 15 mins waiting on bagel with again no one else in the store. Everytime I looked up to see if my order was ready this same lady was starring at me and laughing to her coworkers. Definitely not a store I want to come back to.

Great staff, terrible system the way orders are taken by 1 person who gets derailed with picking dozens, line gets insane. Extra order takers makes a world of difference! Here's an update, Don't go here they should close this one because it's horrible! From the staff to the service what a waste! The chain is ok usually but here this one is miserable. My fault trying again.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It is 7:00 am, lights are all off, and this place opens at 6:00 am. The baker was there and was kind but management is a joke. I have had multiple instances where this place was either slow or didn’t care about their customers, but this is the first time I am writing about it. I ordered a bagel, the online pick up took my money, and I left with no food. No notice on why the facility is closed.

BEWARE: FOOD SAFETY CONCERNS On Friday 11/7 @ 8:06 am I had the absolute WORST experience at the Glenview location.
A young lady with a very dirty baseball cap was assisting me and got the dozen bagel order wrong I only wanted 2 speciality bagels in the dozen order inclyding a blueberry bagel since I was taking the order into my office and 1 toasted bagel with cream cheese & tomato and 1 sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese tomato.
I get to the register and a very rude April was ringing me up and tried to charge me for 6 specialty bagels instead of the 2 and kept going back and forth with the other worker about how many specialty bagels were in the box. April already had a nasty attitude but the fact that she had to go back and ransack through the box with the SAME DIRTY GLOVES she had ringing up customers at the register to remove the 6 cheese bagels that I never wanted in the first place her attitude went from bad to worse!
Then I asked for the 2 order of the single bagels with tomatoes and she again dug through the bagel box with the same nasty gloves and did not include the tomatoes. I had to got back and ask the nice young man for them.
I asked for salt and pepper packets and she reached under her counter and slammed a container with QR codes about the service experience and a few pepper packets but no salt.
After this disgusting experience both with the service I received and the food safety concerns I took the entire box of bagels and the 2 single bagels and threw them in the garbage bins near Jewel and went inside of Jewel to purchase bagels for my team.
Later in the day I called the store and spoke to Randall who said he was the District Manager he did apologize for the terrible experience and said would provide me a full refund but told me that I would have to come back to the store to get the refund. As a district manager he could have canceled the transaction but refused. I NEVER want to set foot in that store again and I will be disputing the charges.
Such a shame that this establishment is being run into the ground!

I giving two stars because when I ordered the gentleman said that I need to pay $0.80 more per bagle. On wall price list do not shows to that I need to pay extra above bagle price. I am very disappointed.

Here at open and the women inside ignored all 4 people waiting outside. I understand you open very early and you may arrive late to prep everything, but not even saying a word to anyone is not only rude but reflects bad on the entire franchise. Don't take morning shifts if you can't do the work. Plain and simple.

Absolutely awful awful. Got a completely wrong order on Uber eats. Called the store to see if I can pick up the correct order for told yes. Waiting so long for service, and then I get told they’re not able to do this after I called ahead of time to double check! Then get told we’ll grant this one time… don’t come here
