Tables and chairs are finally back at this location post-covid. Quality is always good at this location but they also seem understaffed so plan to wait a few more minutes if there is a line. But, always worth the wait for great bagels.

I ordered online and when I went there, they said they didn’t receive my order. I showed them my email and receipt and they just gave me a random box of bagels. I asked them if they were cut and if it was the ones I ordered but they just told me to take it and told me yes, they were cut. Of course, they were not. Staff were rude and I wouldn’t recommend.

Has no chairs no where to sit . Understaffed. Staff are super nice and patient. Serve dog treats. Staff have a nice tone and are nice. You have to help your self really like they don't give napkins nor do they give you a big bag to put everything you bought. Over all 3/5

OK Ill mannered, irresponsible, and highly unprofessional staff. They had the nerve to tell that one bagel was expensive than the other and if I was sure that I wanted to buy it , Just because I was wearing a scarf On my head. my six toasted bagels were just thrown in a bag Like a piece of garbage and I had to literally make sets when I got home because everything was mixed up .Very rude people. I do not recommend anybody to Support them.
Showed up at 6:05am when the website says they open at 6am. The lights were off and the door was locked even though the sign on the door said open and we could see there were bagels made for the day. We waited until 6:10 but no one was around and the lights stayed off.

Saturday 11/18 Power bagel was undercooked ! Super small snd when I got home I noticed it was still mushy / soggy dough not fully cooked! Disappointing!!!

The workers are inpatient rude people. There was no one in the shop when I visited. A once nice place to go, this is now a dive. So dirty inside.

Always stop for a bagel and coffee when I'm in the neighborhood. I'm only in the area a couple times a year otherwise it would be a regular stop for me.
