If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner was extremely rude and when I asked for a cup to sample told me to “use my hands”.
Staff is very friendly, love the vibe! Keep doing what your doing!😍
*it's funny how this guy needs to throw in fake reviews just to keep this business afloat.
many others have mentioned the weird guy and his service at the spot, but personally I believe the bigger problem is the quality of the frozen yogurt itself. while there are many choices and I appreciate that, the ingredients itself doesn't seem to be actual frozen yogurt, which is supposed to be sour and tangy. this just tastes bland.
it's a shame there's no other frozen yogurt spaces nearby, so it's worth stopping by for the toppings, and it's probably a better deal than the Ben and Jerry's across the street
Had a great time there with friends. It was good to see how people of different age groups were coming in. Love the self serve option and verity of toppings.
FroGurt Frozen yogurt was probably the oddest frozen yogurt place I have been too. The vibe was odd, the service was odd, and the options were limited. The quality of the product was not all that great and I was disappointed. Frozen yogurt is too expensive these days for me to be disappointed in this way. Sadly, I will not consider coming back if I were to be in the area.
Absolutely terrible experience. The man at the front was incredibly rude — no greeting, no manners, just full attitude like we were inconveniencing him by being there. On top of that, the product itself was awful. It was way too thin, almost like it was watered down. Definitely not worth the money. Between the bad service and disappointing quality, I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Also, the man in the front had one item fall down he came out with a very smelly mop! Disgusting and insanity.
No samples? What sort of designer drugs fueled that awful idea?
Called 10 minutes before closing and requested them to keep it open for an additional 10 minutes as I’m on the way, with a big group and craving Fro-yo. The gentleman on the line accepted and thanks to him I had one of my happiest nights. thank you and love you
I was completely shocked at how rude the man working here was. He had horrible customer service. He tried to scold me about tasting a flavor of frozen yogurt that I put in my cup before paying. Not sure if I am comfortable to even come here anymore. There must be new owners because I have never had an experience like that here before.
I wouldn't waste my time at this place. Every other yogurt shop I’ve been to lets you sample flavors before choosing, but the guy at the front desk acted like I was trying to rob him of a vital organ. His attitude was ridiculous, and their ‘no tasting’ rule makes zero sense. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.
Let me know if you want it even sharper.

Strange operation - no menus, no prices, screens are all off, no indication of what any of this froyo actually is. Asked the worker behind the counter, no menus available only priced at time of purchase.
Sorry but the place wasn’t for me at all, it wasn’t the yogurt at all it’s really good , but it’s the vibes the owner gave he kept staring at me which I hated , and I put in the wrong flavor by accident and he made me pay for the smallest amount and just kept staring at me and followed me to see if I would do anything wrong, as a person from glenview I’ve never seen anyone like this nor wanna see some like that again.
Peering old guy who cant crack a smile serviced the counter.

I went to FroGurt for my first (and last time) a few days ago. As soon as we walked in the door there was a gross smell and the floor was very dirty. My sister accidently spilled some yogurt on one of the tray directly beneath the yogurt dispenser. The only man working there legitimately yelled at her for making a small mess. I spent $32 on yogurt for the 4 of us and the man was mean-mugging as we were sitting at one of the tables. There is one unisex restroom and it smelled like urine as soon I opened the door. The odor was worse than using than a gas station restroom. It was such a disappointing experience. I highly doubt this place will stay in business.
