This company is a scam! They take your console saying they will "fix" your console but they take it, don't give you updates on the repair, and when you want your console back they leave you on read. C

Purchased an item, seller never sent package nor responded to any questions I asked of them. Took 2 months before the order was finally canceled through Facebook. Zero help from them, stay away!

I ordered a game through market place and didn’t receive it. When I contacted seller he said he had one for more then I purchased it for and told me I could pay by PayPal to his personal email. He said he would return my money and never did!

Awesome Place! Great service! Friendly environment! They have multiple set ups to play PlayStation, a set up for vintage video game consoles, an arcade machine, a DND set up!!!!, and IMO the best spot is the rock band room!!!!!

My Xbox 360 was stuck on an error and I called Microsoft and they said it was unfixable and a lost cause. But as soon as I talked to Mario about it he knew exactly what to do, and within 10 minutes fixed it for an extremely good price! I would definitely recommend galaxy gaming lounge to everyone.

Recently been there for the soft opening of the lounge and I was very surprised! The place is very clean and have super friendly staff. Not to mention they have a selective range of different gaming equipment as well as the games in which are top of the line to make the most out of your gaming experience. I’ve been to several gaming lounges and this one by far Is my favorite! Would definitely recommend coming here

Posting to set the record straight on my experience at the gaming cafe. Decided I'd go and check it out with my friends because the idea of it sounded interesting. Games ran fine, however my issue was with the peripherals and the cost. It's very expensive, starting at 8 dollars for one hour. Additionally the peripherals weren't very good, with the mice and keyboard feeling cheap. I felt that I could get a better experience on my setup at my house, however this isn't the case for all people. Would highly recommend this place to people that don't have access to a high access setup as the staff and overall environment are nice. I likely won't be coming back however I would most definitely return if there were some VR headsets as this would be a great addition.

Great employees that know a ton about gaming! Also have great food!
