The franchise owner is great. We enjoyed the experience although our grandkids didn’t enjoy the Chicago deep dish that much. The restaurant has limited indoor seating and a lot of outdoor seating. If you want some authentic Chicago style pizza give ‘em a try.

Lied about pop to me when I was there before and no pop I did mention it to them His response was he was on phone with Pepsi no excuse and I don't understand only having water having pop on shelf in pizza in place But no flavors in the store

1st - we was waiting long time for pizza. 2nd- in one pizza was hair (They replaced) 3rd- deep dish was little warm and not hot,cheese was could and didn’t melt.we ask to warm it up and they bring it cold again. Very disappointed.the guy’s on cooking are putting the cheese in pizza without gloves.

Nothing but satisfied with this spot as my first deep dish pizza experience. I looked far and wide for advice on the best spots beforehand and it seemed to be a consensus that there simply wasn't a consensus and that this and a few others were many Chicagan(?)'s trusted places for a good deep dish and this didn't disappoint at all. The server was also very hospitable and despite it being a small mostly take out/delivery location as most seem to be everything went great when we dined in.

To be honest, a TOTAL disappointment. Be aware that this location is mainly a carry out and NOT a sit down restaurant. They have two tables inside but mostly carry out business. The reason we chose Giordano’s is that it’s touted as one of the top Chicago pizza. We wanted a STUFFED pizza and even called ahead to verify they did stuffed as it usually taking longer to bake. Long story short is that we got a mediocre DEEP DISH. We brought it up to the staff there and they said their stuffed IS deep dish. I’m sorry to say but this is different and even deceiving. As you look at their decor and receipt it CLEARLY states stuffed yet going to their menu and website it says deep dish. Sorry Giordano’s, you’ve lost 4 customers! I could have had this same mediocre pizza in Atlanta at Rosatti’s. ?

My pizza was burnt to a crisp and I almost broke my tooth trying to bite into it. To make matters worse my fries and wings were freezing cold. Their delivery driver took over an hour to deliver food. Overall it was a horrible experience and one of the worse experiences I had with giordano’s. I would not recommend ordering from here. Save you and your dentist time.
