PLEASE change back the rice cake recipe. I’ve been devastated since they switched to frying them. They are hard, cold, and not enjoyable. I can’t tell you how often we come here and our (all my friends and family) loved the boiled, warm, saucy, delicious rice cakes that once were!!! It was our favorite part and I used to rave to everyone I knew about how life changing those rice cakes were. Now I have to worn them that they aren’t the same as the used to be. Please change it back!

I went with seven friends on a Tuesday afternoon, all of us being adults. Four of my friends are quite large, but the staff seated us at a small table with only one grill. The staff’s attitude seemed unwelcoming from the start, as if they weren’t prepared to provide good service. I tried calling a staff member to ask if we could move to a bigger table, but it took a long time before an Asian male staff member approached us with an irritated look on his face. He responded in a rude tone, saying we couldn’t move because a larger table was for groups of eight. We understood and asked if we could split into two tables, one with four people and one with three. The staff member replied with a bad attitude, saying it wasn’t possible. We then asked him if he was ready to work because his demeanor didn’t seem service-oriented at all.
After that, we requested to speak with the manager. When the manager arrived, they looked upset. My friend told the manager that their staff wasn’t ready to provide service to us, as the staff member’s behavior, expressions, and words were rude. My friend started getting angry because the manager didn’t seem to care. When my friend raised their voice in frustration, the manager told us to leave the restaurant. I felt very disappointed by this experience. I felt that what we asked for wasn’t unreasonable, as it was a weekday and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Even if they couldn’t accommodate our request, their attitude should have been better. I understand that customers aren’t always right, but we didn’t understand why the staff and manager behaved so poorly. They should improve their service before other restaurants with better service open up nearby. After leaving, we drove to BBQ Garden, where the staff was cheerful and ready to serve. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend visiting this place!

A fantastic all you can eat Korean barbecue restaurant! The time limit per table is not an issue due to the very quick and efficient service. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The choice of meats is good and the quality is as expected. Just make sure you arrive and get your name on the list early!
Parking: Parking lots fills up quick, office parking lot behind the building that is open around dinner time.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking and accessible.
Excellent service from wait staff , she was readily avaible , and was prompt to bring the next dishes to our party of 12. Music from top Various Asian artist on multiple large screens +++ loved it. I'm a fan

The food is delicious. The service is what it is. Sometimes it's great and sometimes you have to keep asking for things over and over but servers keep coming by so you get what you need sooner than later. They are super busy so it's understandable. They are moving at a fast pace so watch out behind you when you go to stand up!! Everyone is very friendly and the place is always bumping! Feels like a Las Vegas night club in there! There is a time limit so you will be in and out in less than 2 hours from the time you are seated. It's a great experience and the food is always amazing! I've been there 5 times so far and I plan to keep going back. I've been to other Korean BBQs and this is my favorite so far.
Me and my friends are regulars here so we have went through many different servers since coming. Today was the best experience ever. Jett, our server was AMAZING. Did everything quickly without us even having to ask. Usually we change the grill at least twice because it burns when we don’t get our meat out on time but we never had that issue. Drinks and sides were refilled just a little before they were empty. Straight to the point and quick and so sweet.
We’ve eaten at Iron Age close to 100 times now. The food and atmosphere are always 10/10 we’ve never had a problem, not once. Jett is the best server at the establishment. He was so damn nice and refilled everything we ordered without us having to ask, unbelievably good service it was insane.
Jet wasn’t a good server. He didn’t explain anything and when he came by and saw us cooking the meat on the wrong grill he just stood there staring at us without saying anything. Not one time did he ask us how we were doing. It wasn’t until he left and J.O. took over that we had decent service.
