Besides other things, the quality of the meat is very disappointing! Very disappointed with the quality sides and cold rice, etc. If you want to eat meat, don't forget to bring your own scissors and tongs because the restaurant seems to purposely provide the worst quality, practically useless.

We checked in late on a Monday night. Our server was nice and attentive. Sides were unlimited. The salad was flavorful with the dressing. Love the spicy sauce. Meat was good. Many options. Their sujo selections were good.

Everything about this location is beautiful but unfortunately I can’t say that about the server Adam who was serving us February 28th 2026 he was extremely rude and disrespectful did not ask if we needed anything else after 15 minutes since I was the one asking for something. Night would have been better if attended by another server since the server we had was unexperienced and rude in every aspect of his job description would rather eat a McDonald’s if this is the type of service I get from such a nice place would not recommend. Also he would not let us order more food unless he changed the grill after every item. Can’t say the same for there Chicago location which is way better in every aspect. DO BETTER ADAMN.

Terrible server he was rude he told us he was gonna start a timer because our group wasn’t fully here and made it seem like we were being watched and monitored There was a female server who was serving us as well and when asked her for help and food she reciprocated it to him to which he seemingly ignored her and walked off multiple times It was very unprofessional and disrespectful to even observe you should not allow your workers to be this childish and rude I give 3 stars because if it was not for the good service the female gave us I’d be giving a complete 1 And I will be calling tomorrow to make a formal complaint

Iron Age Glenview was a pleasant surprise. It was honestly hard to believe that you could find a Korean-style BBQ place like this in the U.S. The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat format with a wide variety of meat options, so you can try different cuts and flavors without feeling rushed.

Despite the noise, it was a great place to spend quality time with family, grilling meat together and enjoying a shared meal.
