So I have to amend my review. At first when they opened, all was great. Good food and fast service. What else do you need. I have returned after many months of eating here without issue. Great food fast service. I typically eat between 11 am and 1pm m-f.Lately, I have tried to go for a meal as a single diner and have been told wait times are 2+ hrs. Admittedly these attempts were between 5-7pm. It's clear to me that they are only interested in large groups as I watched large groups walk in after me and be seated before me. You can not make reservations as it's first come, first serve. My recommendation are to avoid this restaurant if your less than 4 people. In Additionall, there are at least 5 other restaurants within walking distance that offer Korean BBQ without the wait, although they are slightly more traditional. I'm happy this restaurant is successful, but my time is important to me. Will spend it elsewhere.

Amazing food, exceptional service and an interesting atmosphere to say the least. I love this place and go fairly often. This is the kind of place everyone should experience once. They don’t accept reservations so if you come during the dinner rush be prepared to wait for close to an hour.

Food always delicious.My only gripe is the added fees on top of fees at end of the meal.Please be transparent about the whole total amount.My group looked at our bill and their was Service Charge added and then tip on top of it as well.That's a bit sketchy to do that to a bill especially when we come here to eat at a feasible price which was 29.99 a person, but after service charge, taxes and tip. It typically can come out to 40 per person lowest or 60 highest depending on the tipping scale.I paid 80 for both my gf and I which included tip and that silly extra surcharge.

Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like it’s important to let the establishment know so they can improve. I was so disappointed with our service, I don’t know why but it seemed like our waiter hated us, not sure if we did or said something wrong. Because it was a slow day around noon and our waiter had 3 tables and he would chat and joke around with the others but completely avoided ours. It felt like we were getting the silent treatment. He would start walking away before I could even finish talking. I finished my drink midway and was never offered a refill. We sat for like 20 minutes with empty plates and our grill started smoking and burning because we had nothing to cook on it. We only got 3 meats for the all you can eat because it would take like 30 minutes to get a new meat. I don’t know if that’s a gimmick to give less meat for the all you can eat. I loved this place in the past but this experience was extremely unusual and made us feel uncomfortable. I felt like I was annoying the waiter by just ordering more stuff so I just wanted to get out of there. The dinner ended by the waiter literally throwing the check on the table while walking past. This place is an hour away from our house and we came here to celebrate an important event. We left feeling very hurt and the experience definitely put a damper on our day. There’s so many kbbq restaurants in the area and service should be the aspect that sets you apart from other places.I’d like to mention the food is still delicious and the music is great. I’d wish the service was also great since this type of restaurant is very service oriented and not getting any can ruin your experience.

The food was pretty terrible. The beef brisket was frozen shavings and unflavored. The service was terrible. The Korean pop music was too loud and annoying to watch as it was on every single screen in every section of the restaurant. Bad experience and I definitely would not recommend.

Good food ! Cook it yourself at your table.The bulgogi, both pork and Beef are great and cook fast. The thick steak is good , but takes a good while to cook. Shrimp has shell on and tastes a little plain. All you can eat.

This place has been my favorite since I moved to Chicago area. I make an effort to go here at least once a month with my friends. Meat choices are great, sides are just average but the IronAge steak is impeccable, I love it a lot. Every time my friends from other States are visiting IL, I always take them here.I wanna give special commendation to two of their nicest crews, Ren and Adam. Ren was really entertaining and friendly. Adam was quick, attentive and he really makes sure everyone are comfortable. Thank you.Highly recommend this place. Will go back again and again ❤️❤️

Tried this for the first time yesterday and am hooked on this place now. On a scale of one to ten , I give a 20 !!!!. Had a 20 min wait for a table and drinks at the bar while waiting. Excited to come back

Great food and atmosphere, and is always a go to. Only if you can get in. Wait for a party more than 2 is usually at least an hour. For some reason you can never join the waitlist online, only in person. Unfortunate that we've had to make last minute plans a few times because the wait was 2 hours.
