GREAT SUBS! Even better service. Superb management. I would not want to eat anywhere else! Everyone was well trained and knew their duties and resulted ultra-efficient service.

If you are around the Glenview Northbrook area, definitely the best place to get a sandwich from.

Overly priced bland sandwiches. I guess it's supposed to be healthier than subway but I d rather go to subway. More toppings, more budget friendly, more sandwich options. Jersey Mike's meats do seem a lil fresher.

I’ve never been to Jersey Mike’s before . I was treated so rudely today by a young girl behind the counter. She was piling condiments on my order. When I told her it was too much, she threw my sandwich to the next young man who was going to cut and wrap it up. He shook his head knowing it was completely inappropriate. I called her on it. It was not necessary for her to do this. She should not be working there. I will not be returning

They went above and beyond Josh and the team made sure my experience was awesome haven’t had Jersey Mike’s since highschool but after today they will see me more love it hereeeee:)

Good sandwich

Terrible. Paid over $12 for a full-size Italian sub “Mike’s Way”. Got home and found it to be on stale hard bread with meager lettuce. So disappointing to find. Called them and asked for refund or replacement. Angel said he can’t do anything without a receipt (which I didn’t have). I said “this is ridiculous. I’ll bring back the actual sub. I was just there 20 minutes ago. I’m sure you’ll remember me”. He said can’t help, it’s policy. I said then please let me talk to the manager. He said he was the manager. I said then if it’s the owner’s policy give me contact info for the owner. He refused. ZERO satisfaction. Terrible product (see short video). Horrible management.. I love Jersey Mike’s but this location is one to avoid, shun. Jersey Mike’s should pull the franchise from such an owner who taints the brand.

It's a fast food sandwich chain. So what? It's the best one there is. That's what. I love jersey Mike's.
