Every time I come here for my PICKUP order, it’s always the same dude at the counter with the worst attitude. Like I’m not asking for some over the top service i get it, it’s a sub shop, but jesus christ i practically got my order thrown at me today. Definitely not coming back to this location that guy sucks.

This is the best experience you can have. The people who work there are great! They even asked how my day was going! Good is always on point. Highly recommend.
I had a terrible experience at the Jerseys Mikes in Willmette. The guy who works the grill is rude and obnoxious.

I will not be patronizing this location again. I went in for lunch today (1/13), and did NOT explicitly state that I wanted my points used for my sandwich. The guy ringing me up used my points without asking. Yet, when I asked for them to be returned to my account and my order rerung to reflect that I didn’t want my points used, I was told that that couldn’t be done and that I had to contact corporate.

Please train your cashiers better to ask before using rewards points when the customer doesn’t want them to be used.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Jersey Mike’s location today. I went in to use my birthday free sub coupon that I received directly from Jersey Mike’s by email. I’ve used this exact same birthday coupon at this location in the past with no issues.

When the cashier scanned it, she checked with (what I believe was) the manager. The manager immediately claimed the coupon had to be fake because “they don’t offer a 16 oz drink.” She then told me that this type of coupon doesn’t even exist and that customers “just get points added to their account” for their birthday. If that were the case, then why did I receive the coupon in my email—and why have I successfully used it here before?

I calmly asked her to actually look at the coupon details, but she glanced at it and just kept insisting it was fake. It was lunch rush so I was embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly think this was handled unprofessionally. Instead of taking the time to verify it properly or honor it, they made me pay for my sandwich.

After I paid and they handed me my sandwich she apologized that I wasn’t able to use the coupon and offered me a free drink, but by then the whole situation had already left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve always liked Jersey Mike’s, but the customer service at this location today was extremely disappointing. I hope they properly train their staff on how to handle legitimate coupons.

This is the only place I will buy subs. Really good, very consistent quality. The staff is very efficient.

First time at Jersey mikes and will 100% not be my last. They did a really good job in creating a very welcoming environment, like a place I want to be. Grant especially was an absolute saint, a super good guy to talk to, and all around so kind. Ashley was also super kind, and everyone there just made it seem so welcoming. On top of it all, the sandwich was really good, and I’m vegan so I can only get the veggies, but I can approve it tastes really good if you get all the veggies.

Hands DOWN! best Mikes I've ever been to. They had their shit together! Seriously, impressed. Everyone was super nice and they appeared to really enjoy the team they were working with! Those things matter!

Grant the assistant manager was very kind and I had a great conversation with him. He kept the place clean and even made great sandwiches. Definitely gonna start coming here more.

GREAT SUBS! Even better service. Superb management. I would not want to eat anywhere else! Everyone was well trained and knew their duties and resulted ultra-efficient service.

Hot spot on weekends they are understaffed 7 people isn’t enough for the amount of togo and walk ins. Need 3-4more. I get walk-ins are priority for them due to tips but waiting 30+ minutes for a takeout is ridiculous. If you are ordering here faster to order in person due to their priority on walk-ins, take outs come 30min later then they say on lunch time.
