Customer service suck! I went send money with western you which I started on the app all I had to do is pay. I went in as soon as I mentioned I am sending money they lady looked at me a way and said I she can help me then she proceed to tell me to give her a second and to talk to someone. It not my first night transferring money like that. They both came up to me after looking at my ID saying my birthday don’t match it one day off. So I called western Union and they confirm the birthday I enter is matching my ID the lady went on the computer still saying my birthday doesn’t match she said she will close the app and start again give her 5 minutes.
I asked if they measuring tape while I’m waiting. they told me to go to an aisle but I couldn’t find it. I went back saying I couldn’t find it. She checked they directory and said they must have move it and send me to another aisle. Still couldn’t find it and I went back asking if someone can show me they lady answered with an attitude saying go there someone will come and proceed to tell me maybe they won’t be able to help me with the western Union transfer to try a different location. I said okay and went to the aisle they told to wait for assistance no one came. They are racist never again

Lately the fruit has been bad. Plum tomatos with mold and soggy on shelf was nasty. Red peppers were soft and wilty. Just seems they are leaving stuff out to long to save cost? They had no deli sara lee turkey breast, items on shelf out of date. No chicken breast in meat department. Been getting worse for awhile.
The store is always tidy and the employees here are very helpful good people.

Normally I like Jewel , after 5 times having no tax ( for resale) in this store ( application and copy of registration in Different Glenview store I’m found I have to have original copy with me all time. No copy , no pictures didn’t except after (5 times easily accepted!!!! )

Jewel in general seems to have more highly variable and on average lower quality produce, fresh meats and fish, and deli food. As a result I generally only shop at Jewel selectively for a non-perishable products on sale. This is a fine location however and is always stocked and clean.
