This was the first and last time I have ordered from this store. Simple order took over an hour to arrive and I'm only 10 minutes from the store. The Bread was old, not fresh and the cookies i ordered were hockey pucks. Jimmy John's has just gotten so bad in the past few years. I was really hoping the new store would work for me but no, not this time. Permanently deleting my account and will never order again.

Hey guys! We have been the Glenview for a year from 2022-2023. Maybe we think the guys will miss us! During stay in Glenview, we frequently visit here almost every weeks. Sometimes we can take some promotion by guys. He is so nice and kind, often offer free drink or chips!!! We miss you so much. We feel sorry that we did not say goodbye to him when we left US!

Have lost faith in this location. They constantly mess up the order. If you order delivery they will not notify you about the status or delivery of your order, or even knock / ring the doorbell to notify you that it has arrived and it will take about an hour even if you live within a mile. My driver also pulled out and drove the wrong way down a 1-way street at 10 miles over the speed limit, and I live across from a park so kids are constantly crossing the street. Freaky slow and disappointing.

I’ve been going here for a few weeks now and I have had nothing but a positive experience every time. Staff is friendly, service was quick, and the whole shop was very clean. Deserves a lot higher rating on Google IMO.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I have had the displeasure to order from. Unfortunately it is the only one that delivers to my work. The sandwiches are usually incorrect and I have waited over 2 hours multiple times to get my order. Recently I ordered the limited time chicken ceasar wrap with no tomatoes. Not only were there tomatoes on it but someone added onions as well. Not advertised with onions and didn’t have an option to remove them because there wasn’t supposed to be any! Ruined the sandwich. Go somewhere else!
Wow, this particular Jimmy John’s location provides Unbelievably Exceptional customer service across the board, Above-and-Beyond their regularly good customer service. ‘Not only great sandwiches— butRogelio and Christyshan ( the associates on this specific visit) were so Kind and polite; and clearly knew the establishment’s products to make what turned out to be an excellent choice for myself, my Mom and our ‘older’ friend. My Mom loved the turkey sandwich with provolone ( I am sorry, I forgot the name of the sandwich / number) ; I love the Veggie and our friend loved the Spicy Italian. Bread is delicious— that ‘just right’ soft ( but Never soggy!). Sandwiches are well- seasoned (of course varying on the type of sandwich) but not overly- so.Both associates were very kind — even close to their closing time full of energy and treated me as a valued customer.Store clean and nice ambiance; dine-in available too.Thank you!
Vegetarian options: I had the Veggie with advacado and provolone— delicious and perfectly satiating but Not ‘overly so;’ feel full but no unpleasant aftertaste etc. It was just right— especially for this weather.
Kid-friendliness: I did not have the children I care for with me on This specific night but — this Jimmy John’s perfect for kids ; can even eat right outside ( town benches). Very friendly associates — Rogelio and Christyshan on this occasion for me.
