This is the only location I’ve ordered from that takes an extremely long time with delivery. It’s frustrating because I order at least 45 minutes ahead of my lunch, and I almost always have to wait until my last break to eat my food. Not to mention when the food comes it’s not fresh because it obviously has been sitting. It sucks because I can’t select a different location when ordering. I also have never received just simply apology from the store, that would go a long way.

Slow and consistently missing items from orders. This last time the manager did not even apologize for the missing items, just “ok, we’ll send it over.” Jimmy John’s has gotten expensive for what it is and the wait time for them to travel1 mile and miss items is ridiculous.

Food is fine issue with delivery. Why is it delivery fee for one sandwich is $2.50 but, delivery for two sandwiches in the same order to the same address $5.00? Really? Food all fits in the same bag. No added expense in making this delivery. Will not do delivery.

Staff was awesome and made the visit worthwhile. Great customer service goes a long way. Food was made perfectly despite my communicated order and the guy behind the counter that helped us this Thursday night has excellent attention to detail. Best location I've been to

This was the first and last time I have ordered from this store. Simple order took over an hour to arrive and I'm only 10 minutes from the store. The Bread was old, not fresh and the cookies i ordered were hockey pucks. Jimmy John's has just gotten so bad in the past few years. I was really hoping the new store would work for me but no, not this time. Permanently deleting my account and will never order again.

Hey guys! We have been the Glenview for a year from 2022-2023. Maybe we think the guys will miss us! During stay in Glenview, we frequently visit here almost every weeks. Sometimes we can take some promotion by guys. He is so nice and kind, often offer free drink or chips!!! We miss you so much. We feel sorry that we did not say goodbye to him when we left US!

Have lost faith in this location. They constantly mess up the order. If you order delivery they will not notify you about the status or delivery of your order, or even knock / ring the doorbell to notify you that it has arrived and it will take about an hour even if you live within a mile. My driver also pulled out and drove the wrong way down a 1-way street at 10 miles over the speed limit, and I live across from a park so kids are constantly crossing the street. Freaky slow and disappointing.

I’ve been going here for a few weeks now and I have had nothing but a positive experience every time. Staff is friendly, service was quick, and the whole shop was very clean. Deserves a lot higher rating on Google IMO.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I have had the displeasure to order from. Unfortunately it is the only one that delivers to my work. The sandwiches are usually incorrect and I have waited over 2 hours multiple times to get my order. Recently I ordered the limited time chicken ceasar wrap with no tomatoes. Not only were there tomatoes on it but someone added onions as well. Not advertised with onions and didn’t have an option to remove them because there wasn’t supposed to be any! Ruined the sandwich. Go somewhere else!
