The people at this location are very nice and welcoming. The food is always great. Our house's challenge with this store is that every other timr we come, they've closed early (e.g. after 8pm but before 9pm when their hours say 9pm).

I stopped in here for a quick lunch. The service was quite fast. I had a Jimmy Junior size tuna salad sandwich, which was nice and fresh and just the right portion size for lunch. Well set up for dining in or taking out.

Never ordering food from this store again. I placed an order for delivery and it arrived after my lunch break was over. I called the store to check on my order, the person on the phone was very rude and mean he said that it’s not his problem and that the delivery person will bring it when he can. He was cursing at me and using very unprofessional language. The person didn’t show any respect when talking to me and I wonder if he does this to all of his costumers. This is very bad behavior he doesn’t seem to know how to talk to his customers. I personally feel that was unacceptable behavior and he should be fired for his attitude and actions. He shouldn’t work there if he can’t handle the stress. He should join anger management classes to control himself and learn how to show respect to others. I hope the person in charge will take action on this matter.

Ridiculous! Freaky Fast? More like Freaky Slow! I placed an order for delivery. ZERO movement on tracking after 30 minutes. I try calling for 10 minutes, and no one picks up. Someone finally picks up and said they were really busy. That isn’t my problem. If they can’t service the customer, then stop taking online orders. I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order, and I said yes. Who knows if I really see a refund, and how I go about challenging if I don’t. NEVER, EVER again! Jersey Mike’s and Potbelly’s are the only way.
