Don’t get pesto specialty pizza. Just ordered and they forgot the mozzarella and pesto was so minimal that it was essentially just a cheese pizza. Notified immediately and got no response.

I've ordered here a few times and my order is consistently 15-20 minutes late. It would be fine if they were honest about their wait times so we can plan accordingly but I see 5-10 people in store during busy times who are waiting on a late order with frustration. It would be really easy for management to adjust their order times in the system to give customers an honest time estimate so let's hope they can adjust their wait times instead of overpromising and underdelivering for customers.

Last night we ordered 2 different pizzas for our friends party and we were so disappointed with what they had served us for pick up The pizzas are absolutely not what they were before!!! They were so dry not enough of ingredients like they were trying to save some money!!! For several years we were so delightful with the Lou Malinatis pizza that I can’t believe what they are serving right now!! That’s not their first time serving a bad pizza!!! This time was Glenview location but 3 months ago we had such a bad experience with stuff pizza in Arlington Heights!!! This famous Chicago pizza is going absolutely downhill and is not worth a money at all!!! Shame on you since I love you for decades!!

This go to only spot seems to be run by careless youngsters who spend more time chatting in the back kitchen than attending to customers in the front. Also, no one working there seems to have an understanding of the menu and deals offered. An overall unpleasant visit.
