This really disappoints me because I was really looking forward to trying this place as countless people recommended it to me. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery and it got to me an hour and a half later all mangled up. Very disappointed because I was really hungry and I couldn’t even eat what they gave me. I called immediately and told the manager the situation and they said they would refund me within 24 hours. I still haven’t gotten my refund 2 weeks later. I was hesitant about posting a negative review but this is just ridiculous.

Best . pizza . ever!!!!! Nothing beats Lou Mulnati's. Order ahead. This location is a pickup only, no eat in. One short bench to sit on, if you arrive before your pizzas are ready.

Its a takeout only place. Very small waiting area. Employees friendly . Use the app to order but the app will say pizza is ready and you have to add 30 mins to that. They need a better system ot bigger store.Pizza is the best and most people put up with it. Management sends out surveys after pickup but wait time never changes

Found this Lou Malnati's in the area and wanted to do a pickup order because no trip to the Windy City is complete without some deep dish. I used the website to order ahead and there were 2 options: sooner or later. Very easy to navigate the website and you pay ahead to place the order. My sis and I got the cheese deep dish for 2 which was the best portion, with tax only paid like $17! We didn't add any extra toppings so it roughly took only 30 mins. Quick checkout and the place was hopping! The pizza itself was a dream - loved every bite and well baked.
I have been eating the pizza from Lou's since Lou himself opened the doors at the original Lincoln Ave in Lincolnwood, like back in the late 60s . Two things have remained constant , the quality of the product and the service. We can debate out preferred toppings and choice of appetizers, but I have never had a dish that I did not like. Keep up the family traditions!!!

I love the Lou Salad. Delivery service was prompt and the driver was courteous and professionalI love this place- this is my fave pizza place to go to.

The pizza at this suburban location is true to the same Lou Malnati’s that you can get in downtown Chicago. Personally, I like the plain cheese personal size, that’s enough for me. The pizza pictured is a large with all of the vegetable toppings, for one person it could be dinner and the next day’s breakfast/lunch. This location is carry out only, I ate the pizza at “The Grove” park.
