No drive thru and the curbside system is broken. Waited almost 10 mins for food to be delivered curbside. Had to go inside and ask manager what was going on. Apparently short staffed but restaurant didn't look full.

This location is the worst mcdonalds I’ve been to all over the world. Just terrible Service and quality. The food here compared to 20 mins down the street is insane. How can it be so bad? They don’t even have a drive-thru and the orders are always well past due. You’d think for glenbrook it would be a bit better.

Juana is rude and unprofessional. She dont know what she talking about. Food not fresh. They dont refill coffee anymore

I used to like this location. It's really iffy on service. Might get a leftover burger might get a fresh. Might get horrible service might get good. Overall it's not worth it to gamble with your food, especially at these prices. No drive through. Sometimes understaffed not open.

So strange. They don't want to do coffee refills anymore. For the 3 dollars a coffee costs and no refill that's trash. Maybe it was racism? I am a white male. The manager favors browns? ?
