Nice little cantina in the Glen with a Mexican flair. This is the second version of the menu that we have seen and enjoyed both. Now they may be on their way to a third. Let's hope they make it. This is a nice options to have on Glenview. More expensive than expected, but I think you can partially blame the pandemic for that and the food has always been delicious. A new menu and some price reductions may help this spot to hop. Good luck.

Food was good and service was good. Complementary Chips and salsa were delicious. My mango margarita was tasty. The shrimp dish was tasty--it could have done with more shrimp. Docked a star because the restaurant lost my credit card and didn't find it for thirty minutes.

This place is SO AMAZING. I live out of town but fly in every month and this place is the first spot I go to when I leave the airport. Located in glenview by the train station, but I swear it is something you would find downtown in Chicago. The food is PHENOMENAL, I cannot stress that enough. The drinks are just as amazing.My go to is the guava margarita with guacamole and the shrimp and mushroom quesadillas. The carne asada is my fav dish to get along with the elote.The service is just as amazing as the food! Olga is always attentive and on her game! Love seeing her just as much as I love eating the food.If you come here, I guarantee this will be a new favorite spot of yours!

Exquisite dining experience. I’ve got to say I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation and taste of this Mexican cuisine. Everything was tasty, unique and served at perfect temperature. Compliments to the chef! It wasn’t cheap, especially drinks, but I think it was definitely worth it. I recommend the rack of lamb and the octopus. Simply phenomenal.

Wonderful evening! The chef is top shelf. It's a gourmet-style Mexican restaurant in a cantina setting. The staff is knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly.The margueritas are unique and taste wonderful - try the Guava Marguerita. The Crepas de Marisco (3 seafood crepes) and Shrimp with an delicate sauce and rice were lovely. The guacamole was served with colored daikon radish chips, and the Elote (corn side) was perfect.The restaurant design is fun, but a few more comfortable chairs would be welcome.

Round two tonight. Had the special of the night NY strip steak with and shrimp. Did not disappoint! Steak was on point especially since I always order medium rare+. Chef nailed it. The polenta side was so buttery and creamy. It just melted in your mouth. Guava margarita was delicious as well. Definitely the best place I've been in the last week's visiting the area.

If you want amazing Mexican cuisine made with fresh ingredients with an amazing taste profile, this is a place to go. The wait staff is delightful and I felt as if I was at a five-star restaurant anywhere.I have been to authentic Mexican restaurants in several cities and this would be on par or better than any.This is a glenview gem conveniently located right near the train station.

We had a fun couples dinner on the patio and really enjoyed ourselves. A nice menu with great food and beverage choices combined with friendly service and delicious food! The fresh made guacamole was the prefect starter (chips and salsa came out with waters), the wine and margaritas were spot on too. The entrees were the cats meow-- my salmon special was visually stunning and tasted just as good. Others enjoyed the carne asada and whitefish entrees. We split the 3 layer chocolate cake, which was a nice way to finish the meal. Why not a 5th star? The overall value for the $ was very good but not great. A Def neighborhood keeper!
