We placed an online order on Saturday at 3:40 PM, just 20 minutes before their closing time. Shockingly, the order was mysteriously transferred to Monday at 7 AM without any notice. Upon arrival, the staff claimed helplessness, offering no explanation.Even when my daughter tried to find a resolution, we were met with silence. Monday morning, I arrived early to pick up the product, only to be told it had already been picked up - a blatant lie. The owner, present at the time, insisted we had received the product and even falsely claimed to have video evidence.In reality, we never got the product we paid for. The owner's accusations and refusal to rectify the situation were beyond infuriating. The service was appalling, and the customer service non-existent. It seems the employees mishandled the product, perhaps keeping it for themselves, and shifted blame onto us.I strongly advise against patronizing Mingles. The service is atrocious, the customer service is a nightmare, and the false accusations from the owner make it the worst experience I've ever had with a business. Avoid at all costs.

It was the worst place ever it was dirty and the staff was so rude and my stir it up juice was terrible and most of it was gone when I got it and there was something floating in my drink it was horrible don't go there

What an amazing experience I had upon my first time coming here. Ordered a smoothie and a açaí bowl and both were super fresh and tasted amazing. Service was also super friendly. Highly recommend this place!!

I really like the acai bowls here, but can rarely enjoy them because of how limited and unreliable the hours are at this location. The normal hours are fairly limited to begin with, and then they’ll close early on certain days which you only find out after you arrive. Not an ideal way to run a business. It’s also very expensive.
NOT a juice bar. They literally did not have any juice. Smoothie was OK.

Their pitaya bowls were out of stock for months. Finally tried it a couple weeks ago because they came back. Checked the menu today and now it’s been completely removed. This juice bar is so confusing. Bring back the pitaya bowls!!!

A great acai bowl place. Probably my favorite in the North Shore. Granola is very good - gets a little soggy on the bottom so I have it put on the side. Ingredients seem to always be fresh, atmosphere is welcoming and owner / employees have always been friendly. If you order online and cannot pick it up right away recommend to ask them to put in freezer.

This is my third time here because the bowls are actually decent but will be my last time since each time I’ve been treated poorly. There’s barely any interaction since everything is through a kiosk and somehow every single time the employees there made me feel judged and uncomfortable. They talked about me as soon as I walked away not know that my friend heard it all because I asked for something that wasn’t included but I paid extra for.. Not worth coming back. Just check out all the other poor reviews…. clearly need training on customer service.
