Terrible service. Food takes a LONG while to prepare. Served soup at first, okay. One roll of sushi after 10mins even though I ordered 3 rolls. It takes a while again for the chicken entree to be served. Finished eating the chicken entree and sushi still not done. And after 45mins the remaining 2 rolls of sushi is served when i told them to cancel it as it takes a long while they served the food in between.

Good evening, my boyfriend's family and I went out for dinner. I ate very good Japanese food and was very connected and moved. 100% recommended.

First time trying Nobori, and I must say the Sushi was amazing. The owner Nobori was kind, friendly, and attentive. To start, we ordered edamame, and miso soup. One of the best miso soups I've had. Edamame was streaming hot, and yummy. We ordered Ramen miso soup, which was really tasty. For sushi we ordered, the Patrick roll, Galapagos roll, and sushi/sashimi combo that comes with spicy tuna rolls. For dessert we ordered green tea ice cream. All the rolls were phenomenal. We will def be back.

Love this place.
Amazing food, fresh melt in your mouth fish, lovely staff. They even chill the wine bottle and glass which is too cute.
Great menu with classic and new options. Everything is YUM.
This was my second time visiting and I’ll definitely come again.

Hands down the best sushi place. I've gone all around the North Shore and then some and there have been good places for sure, but I will always find myself going back to and recommending Nobori. And if you're not a sushi person, the rest of their menu is just as delicious!! Please take the time and make a trip there, I know you'll enjoy it just as much as I do.

Outstanding. An extremely authentic Japanese restaurant.
The inside is ok, but the bathrooms smell like a musty old basement. We prefer to pick up. The food is always FANTASTIC. We take many people here to show them REAL SUSHI. DELICIOUS. DELISH. YUM.

My wife and I had dined here once several years back and this was our first post-COVID visit. The place is located in a small strip center near a Taco Bell and a Culvers, so unless you're looking for it, chances are small that you'll just stumble in, but I can tell you now that you will not find better, fresher and more masterfully-prepared sushi/sashimi and related foods anywhere in the area. We've lived in NYC, LA, Chicago and Portland, OR and have eaten Japanese food both on our own and with friends of Japanese descent, so while we're not experts, we have been able to visit a number of highly-recommended places and while this place is not "fancy", the owner/chef is very talented and dedicated to his craft. For this lunch visit, we took advantage of the mix and match aspects of the lunch menu. Splitting a Kirin Ichiban (just enough for lunch), we ordered a mix of foods that included: a shrimp shumai appetizer, a seaweed/cucumber salad, a grilled tofu steak marinated and basted in butter and soy, an eel and cucumber roll (6pcs) and four pcs of sushi - white tuna, salmon, mackerel and tamago (sweet egg). After whetting our appetites on two small green salads with that ginger dressing we all love, the rest of the food arrived pretty quickly thereafter (being around 2pm, the place was not very busy). We shared everything so we could taste everything, and everything we tasted was just about perfect. Fresh, creamy, flavorful - just what you want. The sauce that the tofu steak was cooked in was just incredible - I poured the left-overs on top of my rice for a bonus treat! I had a question about how something was prepared and the owner was more than happy and forthcoming to share the info - it was nice to learn how things are done from someone so well-versed in the techniques. Inc. tax, the whole meal was about $60, so while it was more than we would have spent at Culvers and Taco Bell, it was truly a memorable lunch and a special treat we'll try and reward ourselves with more often. You should, too.
Love the soy wrapped Rolls! Our go-to Sushi spot. Always fresh and delicious
Asked about Gluten Free options and was pretty much hung up on! They clearly do not care about service or customers.
This is my favorite sushi restaurant in the north shore! The owner goes to Japan regularly for fresh ingredients and products, so it is always fresh and delicious! I always get the tuna here - it's truly some of the best aroundSide note : they do charge for the green tea now - $5
