All I know is that the food is so good that I have been here 3 times since it opened (Which has been less then 6 months). I know I should branch out and try the other offerings but I just really love the Tori Paitan and will be back more when the cooler weather is fully settled in. I also sincerely appreciate that there are good non-alcoholic mixed drinks, because sometimes someone just wants a fun mixed drink but none of the alcohol and there's quite a few options here- expanded even from the menu pictured on Google. There's a really good Yuzu based drink that I also keep getting that is my favorite. The atmosphere is higher end but not pretentious, and cozy while still being open.
I look forward to bringing more of my friends here.
Parking: Fair amount of parking but it's in a strip mall with other restaurants so you're not always able to find a spot immediately. There's usually more parking in the back

I loved my Tonkotsu Shio Ramen. Tasty, creamy broth. Served at the perfect temperature (hot, but not so hot that you can't eat it right away). I think the portion was perfect too (very filling, but not so big that you have to hurt yourself eating it all or taking some home that isn't enough for another meal). Service was great, atmosphere was great, and the prices were very reasonable. I look forward to many lunches here.

This is our first visit to Chicago, and of course me and my family all about finding good FOOD ? “Nomu Ramen” served pretty good, good atmosphere and what making it perfect is Awesome service by Steven ?? all of that made the food become Yummy! Steven is very attentive, friendly and on top of everything ?? (which is rare customer service we can get on now a day, so He definitely nailed it and deserves score ?).
Excellent food and friendly service. I got the pork ramen and my husband the chicken. Both of the broths were super flavorful. We loved the gyoza and the karaage. It has a cute bar area too.
Went here for lunch with my sister. I got the pork shoyu ramen, she got the vegetarian ramen. Mine was excellent. I tried a little bit of her’s. I’m not a strict vegetarian but I could also see myself ordering it too. Really favorful broth and good texture if the noodles and toppings. I’d come again.

I can say that this is one of my favorite Japanese places in Chicagoland area. I'm sorry but there are no sushi here, this is a ramen place and Izakaya(small bites, a la carte). The ramen broth is so rich and full of flavor. I love adding chili oil. I always start with the spicy edamame (so addictive ) and their bacon okonomiyaki. Having a nice cold of Japanese draft beer in a very chilled frosted mug is a perfect drink for the meal

I've been to very many Ramen places around Chicagoland; it's a great, quick and easy lunch. I have to say, this is one of the absolute best in the area. Chashu was tender and well-prepared, the broth was top-notch. Left feeling energized and ready, not slowed down and full. I will definitely stop again when I'm in the area! Edit: stopped again. Stand by my review, it's fantastic.

My husband and I got the tonkatsu shoyu and shio ramen. It was the best ramen I had in years in the Chicago suburbs! I never finish the broth or the noodles, but I finished every big in my bowl. It was comparable to ramen places in LA and Japan. Will probably not go anywhere else for ramen.
