I had an issue with an order here and the manager Daisy helped me a lot! She made up for the mistake by fixing the order as well as adding an extra touch of friendliness with the free dessert for the mistake. It’s so hard to get good customer service nowadays so I really appreciate the service! The food is really good too!

This location is not good. Slow service, maybe understaffed maybe not but putting multiple online orders at priority instead of in store order is kind of stupid imo. There’s no way one entree should take this long to get. On top of that, I’ve gotten the wrong order multiple times which leads to a longer wait time and no response from the corporate email. This place has gone downhill

I used to eat here all the time but now the service is terrible, the portions are halk the size of other Noodle and Companies and the management does not care. Last time the soft drink machine was out of several flavors and I brought it to the attention of the manager and she just said no more... tomorrow. A few minutes later she refilled the empty ones. I asked about the salad size after comparing it to a few other Noodle locations and even showed pictures and just got a blank stare and told tis was the correct soze with the bow only half filled. I love Noodle and Company but will no longer eat here.

Never would I come to this place again! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD IF YOU ORDER TAKE OUT HERE!! Terrible experience!! Store completely empty and they still mess up your order.. the “manager” Marisol gives us half our order and then laughs about it goes to the back to correct it and still doesn’t include the extra meat we paid for and we get home they want us to drive 25 mins to remake our food or refund it.. we’re in 2024 you can refund a meal you messed up by pressing two buttons since you can take my money in 1 second.. if the manager messes up the food and admits it then how hard is it to refund an order you didn’t make right why should we have to come all the way there its about the principle and admitting error and still can’t correct it.. clearly we ordered take out and picked it up in an empty store and you mess it up still wow you guys definitely need training!

This location was so amazing before the management change. I knew the employees and they were so accommodating and wonderful to see everyone i came. I came in and ordered a mac and cheese with grilled chicken and received burnt hard chicken and the noodles were hard as well along with the cheese that was burnt. I brought this to their attention and the lady in the front said they made it already and I can't get a refund. What a terrible establishment. I will not be returning due to the terrible customer service. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
