Chris was the sweetest! I asked for some recommendation on new flavors and he was quick to give me two options. When I went to pay, he surprised me by telling me I had a free scoop with my Rewards! I’ll definitely be back! It’s people like Chris that make me want to support local. Thanks again! He deserves a raise!
I had an amazing experience last night! A girl with brown hair was so helpful and kind. Let me sample and I found my found my found favorite flavor. Great atmosphere, will be coming back soon!
I wanna start this review with addressing the fact that this location has rats. Along with bad employees with nasty attitudes specifically this girl named Maddie. Employees also take long to come out their little spot they hide in waiting for customers 👎
Stop to get a shake at 9pm tonight. Was told by the employee that they couldn't make a shake because they were understaffed. There were 3 employees behind the counter and only 2 people in line. 2 customers in line behind me walked out as well because they also wanted a shake. To the owner...don't let teens run your business or you will not have one to run. You lost 3 customers in a matter of 5 minutes.
Girl working at the counter is extremely rude and unfriendly. Felt like I was in a funeral home.....well, in a funeral home they will at least greet you with a 'Hello' but not at this Oberweis location.

Don’t show up near closing and ask for a milkshake. If you’re open until 10 stay open till 10.
Very punctual when making my turtle sundae, has a clean atmosphere.

The service here is extremely inattentive. The girl took my order and payment, there were no other customers, the place was empty. Instead of preparing my order, she spent a long time scrolling through TikTok on her phone, completely unconcerned about her job. Such workers should be fired.
Excellent customer service, one of the workers by the name of Tobi made sure everything I ordered was above and beyond in quality and presentation as well as having the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism
