Great food & service. Their food is so delicious. My 5-year-old ordered 3 dishes & ate by himself. Definitely, kids will love this place. The Mayo Seau Shrimp is my favorite.My son loves the Jaengban-Jjajang & ordered it as non spicy.

I tried to understand during a busy evening, but shouldn’t I fix what’s wrong!! After placing the order, the order was so wrong that the young customers said they were hungry, so the adults had to wait 40 minutes for their food. I waited another 10 minutes because of the kids, but when I checked, the order had not yet been placed. The second time I spoke, they had forgotten to place the order again. We couldn't eat food here. I was so angry. Can adults eat food served in front of hungry children? Even if the order was wrong, adults can understand it, but I was trying to give good and delicious memories to children who love Jjajangmyeon, but it was frustrating and pathetic to have to deal with the situation twice. They felt sorry and embarrassed for the children. They lied and made them wait again without even placing an order, so they couldn't feed the children aged 3 and 5 and embarrassed the adults. Being busy cannot be a reason. Shouldn’t we be considerate of those who came first??Please consider whether you should run a business while thinking about how you treat customers, how you pay attention to children, and how you prepare food.

The food quality became terrible. Sweet and sour dish had meat that must have been going bad. it had that smell and taste to it that comes from rancid meat. The sauce had chemically smell to it probably from cheap vinegar. The table behind complained of their noodle soup. They said it had a weird taste and they couldn't eat it. It sounded like the soup had the same bad rancid meat. The owner actually tasted the soup herself and brought another bowl for them. But the customer said they can't eat it and left without paying. Used to go there for quick Chinese food fix but will not be going back... YUK, what a waste..

I haven't ordered in a while from here and when my sister visited me, we decided to get some good here. The food tasted different than it did before but I ended up not feeling too good while eating. I really enjoy coming here with my wife. Paiks's has very unique noodle soups and stir-fried noodles. Their noodle quality is outstanding. Also, they specialize in deep-fried meats and seafood. I am a huge fan of the Walnut Shrimp.
