This is possibly the worst panda express in the Chicagoland area. Service is always super slow. And when you order via a food delivery service, you will never get a full portion. Avoid this one if you can.

I ordered a bowl with white rice and orange chicken she literally gave me a quarter scoop of chicken the rest white rice. I just returned it because that's ridiculous. It's as if I just paid for a bowl of white rice and a sample of chicken. I will never be returning to this location.

Soda machine broken! Sweet tea isn’t sweet, when I ask for sugar packets told they don’t have them (Palatine location does), they began to laugh and thought it was funny. Fried rice was like chewing rocks. Won’t be back to this location! People behind counter were rude.

The food was delicious, they did not give me a military discount, and they barely gave us any chowmein. As soon as the girl served up our food, she asked for them to order more chow main for the line in turn, we were given less, so they could have more for other customers.

I waited nearly 20 minutes for my single order while managing my toddler and the manager could not have cared less. The food is terrible half the time here too. Stay away!

A great location for the classic Chinese-American franchise. The service is friendly and warm, the food is on point and the atmosphere is good.
Where else can you get a meal for around $12 these days that isnt just complete junk food?
For those of you who haven’t ate at Panda Express before, its like eating a somewhat healthy meal depending on what you get.. you choose from rice or noodles or half and half, or rice and veggies : noodles and veggies and then you choose two entrees such as orange chicken or teriyaki chicken and honey walnut shrimp. There are many options to choose from and you can mix and match. They also have little appetizers like spring rolls and crab rangoon.
Ive ate at a bunch of Panda Express locations and this one is just as good as some of the top locations.
