Our visit today was disappointing. Isaac, who took our order, was noticeably unfriendly and seemed irritated by even basic questions.
Once we sat down, the lack of cleanliness became very clear—carpets had food and napkins everywhere, the drink station was messy with old spills, and the food-prep area looked disorganized.
A member of our group also found the restroom completely out of toilet paper in all stalls, with floors so sticky her shoes were catching.
Even after an employee came out to the dining area, none of the mess was addressed. This was unfortunately one of the dirtiest locations I’ve been to, and I don’t plan to return, though the sandwich staff themselves were polite and trying to keep things moving.
The best Panera location.
Outstanding customer service.
I had a minor issue with a missing ingredient on my sandwich and the Staff were on it immediately and actually went above and beyond to insure I had a great experience.
A+++ rating
Cheers !

They told me to talk to the township supervisor and I left messages three times and she has not called me. Can you give a place zero stars?

It's not a very repid pick up when I show up to get my order and no one knows about it. Instead of making the order, 3 different people ask me for proof of the order, then the manager tells me it's not his problem. 10 minutes go by and the manager is still looking at his screen unable to find my order, even though I show him the confirmation email. This guy should not be managing a hospitality place, or anything. With a big sigh he agreed to make my order, long time after it was due. 10/31/25 6:15am

have been coming for years, the prices keep increasing, the food quality decreasing and so did the portion size.. today was the last day I went, because I left hungry for 15$. this is simply unacceptable.

It seems as though every single day this Panera location in Glenview gets worse and worse. I’m not sure what happened to the other staff that was working there, but it seems like they have new staff and they’re so disorganized and you can either count on your order being incomplete completely wrong or cold like it was sitting there forever before they decided to give it to you. I mind you this is just me going through the drive-through today. They forgot to give me a plastic knife in order to spread on my cream cheese on my bagel and I do not have access to a plastic knife so I had to use my finger. Let’s think about that for a moment. Their coffee is the absolute worst. I’m not sure who’s running things there but they really do need a complete and total change of staff and management and perhaps do a little bit better job on training their people who are at the drive-through window because when you’ve been at the window now for 23 weeks you should know what to do with the register what you’re supposed to be punching on that register screen and you really should be making sure that you’re giving everything to the customer that they would need in order to consume their food

Stopped by for lunch to grab salad and soup, came through drive-through. When I left, I ended up with totally different order. When I returned to address the issue, I was faced with Dan the manager. He was upset that I am complaining about not having all the ingredients on my salad (that I paid for) and that I’m complaining that I received a different soup than what I ordered. As a manager his way of addressing my concern was by taking the salad back, ripped pieces of salami, and threw on the salad and brought it to me and gave me a cup of soup. Dear Panera, you might want to reconsider your management team in this location. I did return to the store in person and asked for my money back. Definitely will not be back.

All I can say is this Panera has always been a wonderful and pleasant place to come. I usually go through the drive thru and every staff member has been great, one worker even brought out my order (only a drink) because the 2 cars in front of me had larger orders. I just came from there and Vanessa (the manager) was the best, very apologetic when my drink was out of stock and even gave me a cookie for the inconvenience, now that is customer service that you can’t teach, either you have it or you don’t and Vanessa has it. One last thing, the very long negative post is very unnecessary and should have been handled right at that moment or contact the store manager, not getting on Google and writing a review.

Not much meat on the steak sandwich. Baguette was mediocre. Tomato soup was reliably delicious, but only 3 croutons. For the $, they could be more generous.

Asked the name on the order and made me wait an additional 15 minutes to get 1/2 sandwich....fine....see picture of said sandwich ....all mishaped and with barely any protein strategically placed on one corner. And 'forgot' to give me the bread and croutons for the soup.

I was just there after seeing a tv commercial about the croissant toast sandwich. Looked fabulous! It was anything but! I was one of 3 people there and my sandwich was cold cheese was not melted bread did not seem toasted. I left half on the garbage can so they could see I didn’t eat it! So disappointed. Looked great on the commercials. Bye bye!
