Better than average Panera. They just installed a drive thru but I choose to go inside. They also improved parking so that traffic flows south to north and is one way.

Crowded from 10am and 2 pm. Barely clean tables.or.lobby. coffee not fresh. Had to wait 20 min for a bagel to be packed. Seems they pay more attention on app orders. No wonder customer in front of.me yelled and got his money back for the food. Normally I like Panera...but the coffee is crappy there.Parking: Parking shared with jewel in front. Hard to find first step to the Panera, but able to find at the supermarket in frontWheelchair accessibility: Customers with walkers and canes a belt ot get there.

Don’t come here on your break! Clocked in late because i was waiting for over 20mins in the drive thru.. Second encounter the worker was so rude. I didn’t realize i chose rapid pick up & not the drive thru and she chew me out on next time i “better” pick the correct choice since she had to walk to grab my food. How rude!!! I’m a nurse, ran to get food & that was the service i got?? I will never come back to this location.

The food was great but the service NoN existent. The garbage was overflowing & nowhere to place the plates after my meal & there was 4 Male workers behind the counter talking about their long red polished nails and manicure. The store should be priority & the cleanliness of the environment.
Nice space and feel overall but the place needs to be cleaned better and more often

just purchased 3 Autumn soups all cold!!!! Also missing pumpkin seeds on top and heard them joking about who was supposed to pick up pumpkin seeds and had not! where's the manager?

I have been here a few times in the past month and see someone else posted about employees. I am not really that picky but at this location that staff has always been yelling and complaining everyone I have been there. I ordered a soup and bread bowl today and when I got back to work it was a large soup. O went back and the man looked at my order and said I was charged for a large soup. I told him the woman that took my order repeated it two times. I paid 9 for my order when the correct price for the bread bowl would have been 10 which I told him I would give him another dollar. The person took the large soup cup out of my bag used a small soup cup and poured some of the soup into the small cup and then threw the large cup ofremaining soup away - really??? I had to come back from work he could have kept the large soup in my bag.
