In general, the place is quite good, a large selection, but the taste of some pastries needs to be worked on... who dogs are too fat for me... there is an unpleasant taste of oil, but I liked the sweet pastries much more... I especially recommend buns with cream and fruit and strawberries... and apricot jam 🤤 with raspberries is not tasty (

The service seemed really slow at around 8 AM on a weekday. Pricey. And their matcha latte is too sweet, I didn't get any matcha taste, only really sweet syrup, possibly white chocolate.

Review edit because I'm really pissed. We came and ordered pastries and coffee and are told that no water can be given for free to paying customers.

I’ve been facing the same issue for two years now when ordering a birthday cake. I always request that the first letter of the name be capitalized, yet you consistently write it in all lowercase. This is common knowledge—names should start with a capital letter. It seems like customer instructions are not being taken into account, and the cakes are done however you choose.
When I bring up the issue, I’m told there’s no one to report it to or no way to ensure it’s corrected. I hope this message is taken seriously and that proper attention is given to correctly writing names with a capital letter as they should be.

The worst store ever ! I came at 9AM and the bakery counter was empty since they were opened at 7AM and told me to wait 10-15mins. Another day I came at 3PM and they said they are sold out since their closing time is 9PM ? So it is not happening for just 1 time, I hate this location so much and never come back again !!!

Be Polish-American woman

I stopped by only because the name . What a disappointment!!!
It’s a joke not a French pastries!
I didn’t know that French pastries are made and sold by Koreans which most likely have never visited Paris or tried French pastries.
All of it looks much better than it tastes and it’s expensive compared to other high end European pastries.
All people working there have no emotion on their face and they act like it doesn’t matter if you buying or not ,all it matters is to pay! Bought hot dog one and crab . It was not good at all and after paying $10 and 2 bites , it end up in garbage. Koreans should bake their own bakeries and they shouldn’t be serving clients either since they are not welcoming and cold blooded/rude.

For being a very delicious high cost bakery, the bathroom is the worst I've seen in the many places I've visited. The desserts are amazing. The drinks are very good. But the lack of cleaning of the garbage area and bathrooms left me by surprise. Completely disgusting.

Loud place and expensive. I thought to have coffee in peace not to mention my table was wiggling. Get rid of that table management.

This place is not French it is Korean. Company headquarters is in Korea. If you want Korean cake go here. If you want French cake don't.

Good cakes and food; nice atmosphere!

Edit: They confirmed all their cakes contain gelatin, which is unfortunate.

Even if you go earlier in the afternoon, many things are missing especially savory items like pizza. The sweet items are a hit or miss. Some are really good. Some are average. Not enough drink options and the menu is far away so I usually end up getting a normal coffee. I give 3 stars because I still think it’s possible to have a good meal here. Unfortunately, the ambiance is what’s lacking. It’s just wooden. Seating is usually entirely full. 99 percent of people there are Korean. The other 1 percent are white guys married to Asian women. If you are not Korean, they will stare at you especially some of the older people. It’s not a welcoming environment. Now I go to Yemeni coffee shops sometimes and I am oftentimes the only Westerner, but I never feel as unwelcome as I felt here. Service is only 1 or 2 stars.

Wanted to get some work done here for a couple of hours and found all of the power outlets have been removed. Very consumer-unfriendly way to practice business.

The selection was outstanding. I tried the red bean cream bread, Japanese soufflé cheesecake, cream bread, cappuccino. Also tried the chocoholic cake slice, loved crunchy texture between the layers. Tasty. Also had a medium matcha latte with oat milk. Not very matcha-ey. Add more matcha! Would definitely go back to try other delicious items. Seemed expensive. Recommend the bakery.
