My first build your own poke bowl restaurant and I was so happy with my meal. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and that is super important to me! The staff were friendly and helpful. I wish Poke Bros was in my hometown but, when I’m back in Chicago I’ll be getting another poke bowl from this great place.

Prices and portions are great. Bright west coast interior. Skipped the popular Johnny Utah option and ordered Da Kine and The Shaka instead, pictured here. My photos don't do the portions justice this time around. I had leftovers. Will need to mix it up and do half brown rice and half sushi rice next time.

Food was good and flavors were good.The weird thing is not sure why the rice was steaming hot for a cold bowl. I got the spicy salmon, not sure if it was bad batch but got food poisoning. Have to give it a second a go
