Yesterday night me and my friend we went to the potbelly in Glen. We ordered 2 pick a pair. Soup and half sandwich, both soup were not even hot, my chicken pot pie soup didn’t have chicken at all, and it was very thin in texture. I was so upset and I went to the counter, they guy there looked at the girl who serves us, she serves us from the container which was almost finished and just some soup left. That’s why it was thin in texture and without chicken. Then the guy gave me new bowl of soup but it was very less warm we didnt enjoy the soup at all. Then I started eating my sandwich, both of our sandwiches were bad, the bread they didn’t toast properly and I also feel it was not fresh at all. Then she didn’t put the dressing properly, extremely less dressings and topings were missing and our sandwiches were só dry. Very very bad experience very bad food. They ruined my dinner with my bestie.

I ordered a avocado turkey for an unwhich and received lettuce and turkey nothing else in the sandwich no cucumbers no avocado and the cashier didn’t know how to print out a receipt

These are my favorite sandwiches hands down. The service is not always the best due to so many of the employees being teenagers, but you gotta start somewhere!
Been coming here since they’ve opened….so like 20 years at this point lol. Hope they never close. I would be heartbroken. I recommend the Turkey and Swiss with everything on it + chips and a root beer.

Been here so many times. There is always gristle or tendon or something off with the sandwich. Avoid.
Their sandwiches are so good that they eat them themselves all the time and as a result forget to keep the place clean. On multiple occasions, we have found the tables kept dirty, rest rooms filthy and lack of even warm water. Guess the Potbelly name is so popular that customers just put of with these basic things.

Please make sure take your receipt back because they are adding. They are cheating and not giving you receipts back. They took extra sandwiches money from me around $6 and when I went to confronted they but no apology nothing. They were so rude. Definitely not going back.

Just had the worst service ever from the lazy guy with dreads! First when I came up he was sitting at his phone, when I asked him if I can order a sandwich he looked at me as if we’re not standing inside Potbelly’s.
After I told him what kind of sandwich I wanted he proceeded to ask me over and over again as if I wasn’t clear the first time around. Once the sandwich came out I told him the toppings I wanted with easy mustard. He put a bunch of mustard on and again asked me two other times what I wanted while pulling his phone out of his back packet with gloves on!
After confirming three times he still proceeded to put even more mustard on top! After stopping him and telling him that he got the order wrong because he is not paying any attention his hostile response was “Don’t talk to me like that I’m a grown man”. He continued that he’s 30 years old and for someone of that age in the service field he lacks all attention to detail and is immature when it comes to treating customers with respect!l. I don’t know what kind of training he received but to act like that in front of a store full of customers is not only unprofessional but embarrassing to the establishment, he should be fired!
