The people are so great. Very nice very friendly. But the food was below average. The birria was very underwhelming, tacos were average.

Heard about this place through TikTok and was able to try it after the crowd died down. At first, I was confused where it was because there was a big sign across the street that also said Tacos. The food is delicious and the staff is really friendly. The horchata was a bit too sweet for me, but I enjoyed it. Definitely recommend.

Very small place. Food was good but not great. Had a steak taco and a birria taco with rice and beans. There was a good amount of meat on the tacos but they were lacking flavor, same with the rice and beans.

I was hoping this place would be good after seeing the blow up on social media. The chicken tacos were very greasy, rubbery and lacked flavor. The birria tacos were mostly cheese and hardly had any meat in them. Disappointing but maybe with time, the quality will get better. Best of luck!

This is somewhere you WANT to be. The woman who owns this restaurant is remarkable and strong and walking in you feel like you’re at home there. The food is delicious and comforting. Absolutely worth the hour and a half drive. VISIT THIS PLACE, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

I’ve eaten hundreds of different burritos and tacos just around the Chicagoland area. This is top 3. Steak burrito is massive and weighed like 2 pounds. Loaded with delicious piping hot meat. Great hot and mild sauce. Just wish I had gotten more. Great food, thank you!

Unlike everyone who’s just giving a 5 star because they want to be nice, I’ll be honest; the food overall is super delicious, prices are good and affordable. The only thing that they could work on is their birria tacos along with their birria soup dip. But to be fair I guess it isn’t what they specialize in. Apart from that food was great and worth the wait. I’ll definitely return.

Great place. I had the birra tacos with a side of rice and beans. The taco was amazing. Cooked to perfection. The rice and beans were ok. They could have used more seasoning IMO. I will be back to try other tacos and burritos soon. Get there!!!
Nothing special, food was bland missing flavor. Not worth the 30 min drive. Also they should probably invest in a high chair. The guac wasn’t to bad but you can’t really mess that up. I had the steak burrito and a quesadilla with my order.
