Ordered online a 2 taco plate to go and requested to have the side beans substituted with extra rice if possible. They just completely omitted the beans with zero communication. Picture below was nearly $15 and their website has an automatic tip function with 15% pre selected which has to be a joke. I want this place to succeed because the food tastes good but if you’re willing to drive 5 extra minutes you’ll get a better deal and less headache.

Love this place. Their taco bowl with pulled pork is delish. Pretty much everything I get there is awesome. We get takeout here regularly. It's great for kids and adults. Yuca fries are awesome too.

Great food with classic and robust flavors. Versatility on menu and ordering was easy and without resistance. Lots of fresh ingredients; tastes authentic because it is. Owned by a local Gkenciew resident who loved his heritage and culture that wants to bless his neighbors and community with incredible Cuban food. They also have a food truck too for private parties. Great spot for dine-in, carry out or delivery (check who does their delivery service.). I love their shrimp tacos also their fish tacos. Classic torts was so balanced and authentic. My young son even devoured all his food and rice with beans. They also have amazing flan dessert along with Michicanana palettas and other desserts. Head over and see what all the buzz is about.

I ordered a chicken burrito and was surprised that it was huge! There were lots of options regarding ingredients. I'm definitely returning because it was delicious!

We went out with some friends today to grab some tacos. We also had guacamole and chips, as well as rice and beans. Steak Tacos were good.  Everything else was average. We weren't crazy about the rice and beans.  The service was very good, however the atmosphere felt like it was more of a fast food pickup restaurant.

If a customer says they didn't want onion on their food- the correct response is to remake it without onion, not to say that the customer said it was ok and then when they are unhappy...offer to pick off the onion. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding.. because usually the service is good.

Riobamba catered our son’s 1st birthday party and all the guests at the party couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was! The restaurant uses the freshest ingredients, everything was packaged separately so nothing was soggy, and it came with so much food! The yucca fries and homemade sauce are one of the best foods I’ve eaten! I recommend Riobamba for your next meal…. And event!

The food is not bad, the attention seems to be the girl who is there is tired or not very friendlyAs advice, since it is an establishment, they should serve at the tables, that is, do not order at the register and then serve, it is not a food truck or a McDonald's

Live near by but ordered for takeaway for the first time.Tacos and burritos really good. Rice and beans were okay - don't love peas in that dish. Will order again and try some new items.

It is a really nice place, I used to go here when I had my driving classes, and the staff always do their work fast and nice. Love their french fries here, one of the best in my opinion. The only thing that I don’t like is the interior, it feels kinda empty and intimidating because of that, it would be perfect if they would change it.

If you're Ecuadorian, don't be fooled by the VERY Ecuadorian name. This is not an Ecuadorian restaurant, you will not find a menu overflowing with ecuadorian dishes. The menu is 95% mexican food, and then patacones, yuca and one ecuadorian special of the day.The food wasn't impressive. Just a heads up to mi gente ecuatoriana!
