This is my favorite SGD in Illinois! They can make the soft tofu soup with a water base for vegetarians, which I really appreciate. The service is always so friendly, and they even help load up the side dishes. The staff are attentive and check in often to see if we need anything. Highly recommend!
Love this place. It has great and consistent for tofu soup! I love that you can choose either ramen or hot stone rice as a side—it’s a nice touch. Kimchi beef tofu soup is my favorite, spicy please. The food was tasty, but what really stood out was the service. For a Korean restaurant, they went above and beyond: servers took turns checking in, offering refills on side dishes, water, and tea. The food was absolutely incredible. If you get the bimimbap, go for the hot stone bowl. It’s worth it. If you like eggs, get a raw egg and cook on the hot stone. Server did a fine job accommodating a large group.
