Worst Starbucks experience ever. There are no tables or chairs — this location only handles Uber Eats and DoorDash orders, which isn’t made clear anywhere. But the real issue was the girl at the counter. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help or even greet customers properly. If this is who represents your store, management seriously needs to step in and provide proper customer service training.
I’ve been to Starbucks locations all over the world, and seeing this kind of behavior and lack of customer service is truly sad and disappointing!

Disappointing. For the prices, I expect at least a menu hanging on the wall. This location used to have seating. Now it's more like a hot dog stand---no where to sit. I'll go across the street to Dunkin Donuts. More pleasant experience all the way around.

I don't appreciate Monday morning walking in the door and being rudely lectured about how I should use the app instead of ordering at the store. And the drink I got subpar at best. Been coming here forever I've never been treated like that or have gotten such a ridiculous drink that I would never serve if it were my business. I drink this drink all over the country twice a day and this is the worst one didn't even fill the cup Didnt say you're welcome when I said thank you, just gave me a look. Won't be coming back
Poor service, long processing of orders, waiters are not friendly, milk was spoiled, replaced the coffee with difficulty after 10 minutes of communication. Not satisfied

I didn’t realize this wasn’t a drive thru and my newborn is napping in the car. I called and an amazing woman brought it out to my car! I didn’t catch her name but she had beautiful eyeshadow on and I think she was blonde! Thank you angel for helping a new mama!

I like that this store is mobile only. They are so quick you can order it when you arrive. Your name is then immediately on the wall monitor and you can see when it's ready. It took 4 minutes. The place is clean and no loitering. Just get in and grab your coffee. They do have a bathroom if needed.

Very bad attitude experience with a employee at starbucks im a regular customer ever day would not give me a refill in my mug I never had a problem till today, store manger was very rude and not help full didn't care at all
