I was immediately disappointed that they took away all their seating. Then they have a cash register but they wouldn't take my order so I had to stand there and order on my phone. I ordered a drip coffee (which by Starbucks standards should be no more than 30 minutes old) and it was literally cold. Will not be back.

Walked in and tried to order a cafe mocha. Got lectured on how it's mobile app only, but then they took my order. Drive off to find they gave me some horrible green tea drink! I'm so pissed, paid way to much and the couldn't even give me what I ordered!!!!

Worst Starbucks experiences at this place. For some reason, online ordering through DoorDash always uses this location as the order point, even though there are closer locations. This place has, so far, served me with bad coffee, terrible tasting hot chocolate (to the point I felt like they were poisoning me), an iced lemon cake that was completely broken in half, and today when I ordered a chocolate brownie, they sent me a $4 gift card because they apparently ran out of the brownie - yet the brownie costed me $5.89 (includes tax). How can you give me a $4 gift card to make up for something costing $5.89?! I not only lose a brownie, but I also lose money on the transaction. Well now this place has lost a customer. I reported these incidents to DoorDash and will refuse to order using DoorDash if they do not allow us to choose which store we would like to order from. Stay away from this place - they treat their customers worse than they treat their beverages and food.

It's what they call I guess pick up only I hate that walk into order and they tell me you have to pre-order and there's nobody there until they walk up cuz it's pickup expecting you to just grab it and a small room with a bunch of people waiting I won't go back

Making this store mobile only/requiring an app is one of the dumbest ideas I have ever come across, and especially so when you consider there is no drive thru at this location. Truly awful concept with terrible execution that ensures I will never darken their doorstep ever again.

RUBBISH! This is the only Starbucks where you must have an app to order your drink. I was on holiday as don’t have an American App Store so can’t get a drink?!? Most bizarre concept ever.
