That Starbucks is in my grocery store. I bought a hot chocolate years ago while waiting for a flu shot. I don't use the Starbucks stores. I don't drink coffee, but the hot chocolate was good.

The server was upset at a solicitor in the store. Walked in at the wrong time, first got lost in finding the mens room, then when approached the counter to order, she was rude and no courtesy, she looked intensive at me for a brief while and said "what do you want to order?" Instead of courtesy say "what can I get for you" or "what is your order"Handed her my phone app to scan to pay, she just pointed at the scanner, as if I need to scan to pay myself! No comment at the end of the order for a thank you or have a nice day!She should not passed her aggressions onto customer, and the order was delayed, but, that maybe lots of mobile orders and drive thru orders. Poor service!

Ordered twice through here, first my order did not have any syrup whatsoever and now my frapuchino has no coffee in it whatsoever so I am basically drinking a $7 milkshake. Two different people served me too. Won't come back again....
